Banera Bread in Snellville is a solid spot for a fresh meal and cozy vibe. The service is usually quick, and the food is consistently good, especially the soups and salads. Great place to catch up or grab a bite while working. Slightly pricey, but worth it.

I am a sip club member and go to Panera's all over. This one was out of every kind of drink option. I was there for 2 hours and nothing was done to fill or clean or replace these drinks. Also didn't find Iced Coffee available. The bathroom was out of paper towels and the napkin dispenser was empty too.

This location has gone downhill recently. Out of bread frequently, salads have old slimy lettuce, not good.
Update: I think the staff is overwhelmed. Trays and bowls stacked a mile high. Dinner served in tiny takeout containers. Floors were absolutely filthy. Tables sticky and covered with crumbs. Panera corporate does not seem to care about its franchises.

The inside is very dirty. Always have to wipe table and seat before sitting down. Craving a bagel all week. Did the bagel recipe change? Very dry. Not that bagel taste at all. Very disappointing.

The plates they served my food on were dirty as well as the utensils. One bowl had layers of old food crusted on. My salad bowl had avocado smeared all over the sides… there was no avocado in the salad whatsoever. Chicken smelled rancid. I never leave reviews but this was exceptionally bad. I couldn’t even eat my food.

The worker closed the door in front of our face. He saw our car pull up and he started running to close the door. That was very mean we reached there at 9:25 and they close at 10 it wasn’t even the closing time yet!
