Absolutely the WORST bar-b-que I have ever had. The bread was SO hard it nearly cut my lips as I attempted to eat it. The servers left one of the sandwiches on the counter instead of putting it into the bag. We had to go back to get the other sandwich. They need to either hire better or train better. Panera's menu is pretty simple. Prepping the food correctly should not be rocket-science!

They had a stray cat sitting right outside of their drive through window I pulled off immediately the stray cat could have jumped in my car their probably feeding it right outside of the window very unsanitary!!

It's been number of times that I had lunch here and noticed residue on salad and soup bowls, it leaves bad perception after all. Also kinda loud here, but I wanted to work here on my laptop and take calls.

Zander and Selma are extremely sweet and wonderful employees, there were a small mishap and they ensured that i were we'll taken care of. Panera, please continue to treat people like this with the utmost respect and care, they will be the reason that i come back for my next visit.

Please replace the carpet for starters. This location needs a refresh and upbdate. The staff are incredible. Every employee Ive met there is wonderful. The restaurant looks run down and smells of old carpet.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. I asked for a piece of bread for my soup and the girl with bun looked at me like I asked for her last paycheck. Then some man behind the counter accidentally threw a whole bag of chips at me. I just grabbed my food and left because clearly they’re fighting demons in there and obviously them demons winning too :(
