Twice in a row they have blessed me with the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life. Will be returning frequently and loyally unless Warren no longer works at this location or until his coworkers become as skilled, quick, and helpful as him.

I’ve order pizza for many years and never had any issues with getting my order delivered to my house. Today is the first and last time I will be ordering pizza from this location. I called the driver and he kept on saying I must’ve put the wrong address when placing the order. Then I call Papa John’s and spoke with a sell person who said she’ll get the manager on the phone. After speaking with the rude manager, I asked her for her name she said no. She didn’t give me her name and hung the phone. Instead of trying to help and resolved the issue, this manger said to call back on Wednesday. From this day forward I will not be going to this Papa John’s off of 78 the Snellville location! Very rude and disrespectful management.

I normally order to pick-up. This time I couldn’t leave my house so I ordered delivery. There was a significant delay in the delivery. Before I got the pizza I received an email/text apologizing and with a coupon for my next order. I really appreciate the proactive gesture.

I usually don’t have a problem with this place. I placed an order on yesterday and one pizza they forgot to put mushrooms on it as I have already paid for it . The workers from yesterday need to pay attention to detail. I noticed this when I got home . I shouldn’t have to make a double trip if everything is already paid for and added onto what I wanted .

I will not order from this location ever again. I received the worst garlic bread sticks. They were hard and flavorless on the outside but doughy and not cooked on the inside. Also, their wings weren't the best. But, when I called I only complained about the bread. The lady who answered the phone said she would refund me for the bread and apologized.
The next day when I saw the pending charge go through but no credit, I called back. I explained about my credit to three people before the lady who supposedly issued it got on the phone. This conversation was totally different from the previous day as it bordered on rude. She abruptly pointed out I only told her about the bread sticks. I never mentioned anything else other than the bread sticks. I don't know why she had a tone with me. Then she told me it could take up to 10 days to get the refund. I find this information false because Discover processes refunds quickly. But, the issue ended up being the amount of the refund which was $3 less than I paid. Instead of listening to me explain that the discount was not for the bread sticks she was hurrying to get me off the phone. I'm usually of the mindset every penny counts and would want all my money back. I quickly realized how uncooperative the lady was and it would be a waste of my time having a further discussion about the wrong amount for the credit. I told her nevermind I won't be dealing with them anymore.

I ordered through papajohns.com for a location the manager confirmed is 7 minutes away. The tracker said the food was delivered but it wasn't. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he said the food was still in the store and they would call the driver back to deliver it. He said it would be to me in about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called back because it still wasn't delivered. The manager said the driver was still on his way to pick up our food. We ordered at 7:12pm and this was at 8:20pm. The manager got an attitude with me when I stated we have been waiting over an hour!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. He said they would just cancel my order. I hope he doesn't commit fraud by not refunding our money, including the tip we included.
