So you buy pizza but they no longer have packets of garlic, crused pepper etc. Nor are they available to use in the store. And they want to charge you $1 per condiment. WTH? Oh and they dont have napkins. Thanks so much

Food and Atmosphere is what you would expect from a Pizza Hut takeout branch.

Service at this particular location is horrible. I frequent this location enough over the years to say that:
- it is common for your order to be quite a bit late compared to the expected pickup time, even on a light day
- your orders may spontaneously be canceled, with no manager on site to correct/address this
- your order made be made incorrectly, or the staff may argue with you because they aren't familiar with the obvious deal on the website
- the on-site staff does not care about ensuring customer satisfaction (this isn't about being entitled, this is simply an observation/result of being handed an explanation of them not being able to assist and can't do anything about it)

Take your money and go elsewhere - either a different branch or a different brand. There's plenty of other places nearby.

On a good day and the worst thing is your order being ready 10-15 mins late, everything is to be expected - never had a bad food experience when they made it right.
