Two hours later and still no pizza. This is becoming standard with this place. Will never order from here again. Horrible service

Ordered a pizza at 6:38 it’s now 9:03 called the store they said it was delivered but it was the wrong house I live in a townhouse and was literally waiting outside. No pizza came. When I asked the lady on the phone why I wasn’t called wasn’t it protocol? She said to stop yelling at her ( which I clearly was not ) I wasn’t even that upset I just wanted them to deliver the pizza promised over two hours ago. And I politely asked for a discount as I’ve waited over two and a half hours Now going on three for the pizza. The staff member that answered the phone was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. I’m literally almost afraid to feed this pizza to my children because this staff member was so rude I believe she may have tampered with the product.

Ordered over two hours ago, and the order still hasn’t showed up even after getting a notification that it was out for delivery over an hour ago. Never ordering from them again. They might as well close down.

I ordered online thru the app, for contactless delivery. needless to say, I sat in the parking lot waiting for 30 mins. I called to alert the store I was outside after a text to alert the store I was outside as well, saw another customer go in and come out with his order before my order. Ended up asking the delivery guy that I saw leave and come back to check on my order and finally 40 minutes later....Pizza. Never again!!!! Customer Lost.

My local Pizza Hut used to be the best. Some changed fairly recently. Customer service, something as extra sause it's still dry. Topping don't even reach close the the edges of the crust. I guess its not going to change. Ill pay extra for a Jets or PapaJohns. Sorry Pizza Hut. But this lovcation needs some changes.

Never have personal pizza ready they make it when you ask which is terrible i drove here for nothing during lunch time too
I should have looked at the order before I let the driver leave. Boxes were crushed all of the cheese and toppings was on top of the box. Called to complain and got the call center “ we will let the store know†and they hung up.

Ordered online as I have done many times before with I would consider ok success. Many times in the past I have had to call and check on my order due to long delivery times. The app allows you to "track" your order so I always keep an eye on it just to make sure that it gets to my house. Got email confirmation at 7:02pm and at 7:34 says out for delivery. I'm about 2 miles down the road so this should be just a min.at 8:10 I call and was told that it would be here any min. At

Cannot believe the experience we just had. A driver was afraid to deliver to our door, a house they have delivered to just 10 times this year alone. I usually chat with the delivery drivers and tip well. Sun was still way up (its summer), I was waiting in the foyer, my kids were looking out the window hungry. If you have had a bad experience delivering maybe you should find another job. Knocking or ringing door bells is part of the job, not sitting in the car and calling. People don't live on or near their phones especially Sundays. The manager then puts it on us not answering our phone and that they can't make their drivers leave their cars if they are not comfortable. You have lost a customer.

Don't ever, ever, ever order from this store. It took almost two hours to get one pizza, it was cold when delivered, and the delivery guy had major attitude. Giving one star is too much. But, negative stars wasn't an option.q

This wasn't the first time that my pizza was late or my order was wrong. At least this time it was only 40 min late whereas I've had them deliver to me almost 3 hours late with no apology. I ordered the big dinner box with upgraded cheese sticks but only received bread sticks and I ordered light sauce and received extra sauce. I ordered the Alfredo pasta and received the marinara pasta. So disappointed... can't say I will be ordering from here again. This delivery was the last straw for me.
