I had one of the best customer service experiences at the Snellville Pizza Hut thanks to Kamaya. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with my order. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely attentive and positive — she made the whole visit a pleasure. The food was hot and fresh, but Kamaya’s service really stood out and made the experience five-star. She’s a true asset to the team!

I have been ordering as delivery from this location for years now. I have had no problems with this location once and have received my order fresh and as selected every time. I have been able to engage with the employees here and they have been genuine and pleasant when delivering my food. I want to give Naomi some credibility in my most recent positive experience as she has been outstanding in making delivery on time and has pleasant to speak with. Placed order online, waited 25 minutes, store forgot to make my order until I arrived asking for it. They had to make it, so had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. Store is filthy, flies all over, floors dirty with paper trash in lobby. We will not order again. Very loud and uncomfortable lobby. Worth noting the the shift leader is telling new customers they aren’t taking any new orders for the next 2 hours because they are behind.

I DoorDash daily & out of all the pizza places I go….Papa… Little C…. This one is by far the worse at the Lenora Church location. Every time I go I can almost guarantee the pizza will be OVER 10m late. The workers Always make excuses saying that there’s an issue with DoorDash, but even the customers who don’t order through DoorDash and order directly through Pizza Hut that I talked to in the lobby while I’m waiting say that they are also waiting in extremely long time for pizza. So I think that it’s probably staffing issue and people just walking in circles the entire time instead of helping the wine guy in the back, making the pizza
Good pizza but they didn't give me my stuffed crust I paid for and wasn't going to drive back up there I'm from out of state on vacation

To all my snellville friends and families please stay away from ordering from this location for a few reason that I ordered delivery and when driver got here some of my order was missing and when I call the store I talk to the manager and he denied of him and his driver did give it to me but remind you I have camera all around my house so I went to the store and showed him now his demeanor has changed plz take my advice

I usually enjoy the food. I usually visit the ellenwood ga location however recently I was in Louisville ga where the pizza wasn't as good. It was dry and over cooked.
