Visited multiple times; always closes before the time listed on the door and service is slow. *The last time I visited (11/10/24 at 5:30 pm), the sign on the door said the lobby closes at 6:00 pm; however, the door was already locked and there were five cars in the drive thru line.

Went here a couple of years ago. Service was poor, smoothie wasn't mixed well, and (most disturbingly) the door to one of the bathrooms wouldn't latch. Disappointing experience. So bad, I remember it well enough to leave this review a couple of years after the fact. I hope they've improved, but I'm not going back.

Ordered Amazon Kick paid 11.38 for Medium. Super bland can’t taste the fruit. I only order the Amazon Kick and it’s never tasted so bad.

I agree with the last review. This store needs a manager or team lead at all times. I placed an online order. Arrived at drive thru to pick up; was told online wasn’t working and asked what I ordered. We repeated our order. Then nothing. Asked if they heard us through the speaker then she asked did we place an order? Asked to pull around. Pulled around then they ignored us at the window and were on their phone or had their back to us. Waited several mins. Then tried to go inside but door locked. Went through drive through again and was finally able to reorder. Took over 20 mins for 2 smoothies. Very disappointed in our trip.

This place needs a manager on duty at all times. The young staff seems ill prepared to navigate the preparation of orders in a timely manner. It appeared they were not very well trained on my visit there.
