Came in here on last Sunday and received the best service from Shital, this was my 2nd time trying Planet Smoothie and she was so helpful with explaining the different options that were available. She informed me of the deals that I can get during the week. Needless to say, planet smoothie will be my go to place when I’m in the need of a smoothie!

This has got to be the worst Planet Smoothie location I've ever gone in. The customer service is awful. I wasn't greeted. I tried to ask questions, and not only did the two young ladies look at me like I was an alien, but they actually made me feel like I was bothering them. I left out of the location without purchasing anything. I will never waste my time stopping at this location again.

Overall I had a good experience coming here. The quality of the smoothie I got was AMAZING! It was exactly how I wanted it to taste, as I was tired of eating fast food so I came here for a meal replacement. I definitely will recommend coming here and I will be back.

I love this place! Valerie is a wonderful person she's understanding kind and patient!! She knows exactly what you want. Most of all, I have been to other smoothie companies their prices are not bad. They give you a lot more for your money! I have been to some other smoothie companies and they give less and you pay more. Their smoothies are alao very thick and delicious!!! 😋

The smoothies are always fresh and delicious, which offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. What truly makes this place special, however, is the amazing staff. Shital, in particular, deserves a special mention. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and efficient every time I visit this location. Her genuine care and positivity create such a great atmosphere that I always look forward to coming back. Planet Smoothie is lucky to have such a wonderful team member like Shital! And the other staff members are professional as well! Keep up the great work!

Beware they close there lobby at 6 so if you are a FedEx/UPS etc driver, better get there quick !

Visited multiple times; always closes before the time listed on the door and service is slow. *The last time I visited (11/10/24 at 5:30 pm), the sign on the door said the lobby closes at 6:00 pm; however, the door was already locked and there were five cars in the drive thru line.
