I love this place. People can be so judgmental, for no reason. I listen to the reviews and would not stop by this restaurant. Would travel to another one 20 mins out the way, only to continue to get the worse. Experience. Finally stopped by here, and I promise you 2months later still have not disappointed. Also, I go at a reasonable time., because I do not expect ppl to be at their best when there trying to get home to their families too at night, Either way great customer services, and food,

The only good thing about this location is the food. Employees are lazy and inconsiderate. What's the point in even placing an order ahead of time online for pickup if you still have to pull forward and wait 15 extra minutes when you arrive to pickup your order? And then want to pull all of the cars up and park them to wait in order to make their window time look good when it's nowhere near close to what they portray.

I've learned all locations are not equal, but this one delivered.
Placed an order for delivery with Uber had 3 different drivers go to the restaurant and wait over 15 minutes but a simple sandwich order was still not ready, 3 different drivers. Ridiculous.

Good service, but ripped us off with shrimp tackle boxes. only 6 in each box. Although I am not sure if they just ran out that time we came because it was around 8:30 pm.

I never eat Popeyes, my dad told me to try to fish sandwich. Took my son to this location after school. Disappointed. After the cashiers figuring out who will take my order, I was told 7mins for my sandwich which was fine. Fries came out cold. Along with the apple pie not being closed in the container. The cinnamon from the pie was all over the fries. Receipt says dine in yet we had to go bags. Customer service was not good, do better @popeyes

First of all the place is disgusting and cluttered, some of the soda machines were out and they didn’t put anything to say they’re out they didn’t do anything about it, managers screaming and being very aggressive in front of customers, and the most important the food is disgusting, sometimes I ask myself don’t these people have to get some sort of certificate or anything to cook? It was the worst chicken I’ve ever eaten, the seasonings sucked, they lay all their chicken in this thing in the middle of the back counter, this is so disgusting

This particular location gets 3-stars, which is 2 stars higher than other Popeyes we have visited in the metro-Atlanta counties. The manager at this location understands what it means to develop her team and teach them to become productive team members and, one day, a team leader or store manager.
She exemplified pride in her store, her team (she had serious standards, and held the team to her standards). It was refreshing. You will want to be patient as they do take the time to ensure your order is as you ordered.

We never eat fast food but my hubby wanted to try Popeyes. He isn't usually a fan of crunchy chicken so he wanted to give it a go. Surprisingly, he totally enjoyed it. It was very fresh. Although fried food is a big no no right now, it was enjoyable for his cheat day. Add a little honey and it was delish!

Update: Happy to say that the customer service has made a complete turnaround. I do wish I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for my chicken, but it gave me the chance to sit and see how much better customers are being spoken to and being treated. If the wait time can be cut down, I would have zero complaints.
I think I'm done with Popeyes. Every visit something goes wrong with their customer service. Just pulled up at 11:30 am when they open at 11 only to be told they aren't opening until 12:30. Sucks that such good food has to be met with such terrible service.

You would think that at 12:15 pm you are going to receive hot fresh food, those ghost pepper wings were old and very dark I mean they weren't even liquid warm. I bit into one and it was still raw in the middle but just as dark on the outside, I will not be returning again.
