Waited over 45 min. for salad and still had to tell them we still waiting. Prices gone way up. $15 for a small looking burger. Every thing on the lunch menue was $14.99 and the food was not good. Very slow service. Even paying the bill. Waited on money and change took too long, so just left. Will never go back.

We went for the Lobster Fest menu. Got the combo meal ( lobster, salmon and shrimp) and shared it together with additional side salad and broccoli sides. It was delicious and more than enough for my wife and I. We even took some broccoli and biscuits back home to eat later. I certainly enjoyed it and recommend you try the Lobster Fest before it goes away. Several other lobster menu options are available. Thank you Red Lobster.

We ordered delivery from this location. The meals were 2 lobster tail dinners and a fish fry. There was no lemon, no melted butter to dip the lobster into, no butter and sour cream for the baked potato. We weren’t at home, so we didn’t have any supplies to make up for the deficiencies. The garlic lobster tails and Maine lobster tail were good but the Caribbean rock lobster tail was dry and so tough that I couldn’t cut it with the plastic knife provided. I would not recommend getting the rock lobster at all, and I would question why you would order from here at all since all the usual supplies were not provided. We’ve ordered from here before, but won’t do it again.

Worst service I have ever experienced. My server was absolutely horrible at his job. I was there for over an hour and had not gotten any food and when I finally did the whole order was wrong. I will not be back

Seems as though it’s time to train the cooks or hire new ones😳! Food wasn’t good at all. Perhaps they have cut back on price for ingredients 🤔. Red Lobster is actually one of my favorite restaurants well it’s turning into a “used to be” favorite restaurant. Food definitely wasn’t prepared with care or experience. My waitress’s/bartender’s service was good. I sat at the bar for a quick dinner break, before heading back to work. I spent about $60 just to take all the food home to doctor on! Honestly, I feel like I should have just gone to captain D’s, for the food quality I received, at lease it would have been cheaper! Lol.. It wasn’t busy and this particular location and I understand now why it wasn’t. Yuck 🤢. So sad.

The service was impeccable, Aviana was absolutely amazing!! Loved everything about my experience expect for the food. The crab was good but it would’ve been better if I didn’t struggle to get the meat because it was a little overcooked.
