Best roll up ice cream I have ever tasted. Staff was so friendly and so patient with my kids specially with my son whom is on the spectrum.

We had to ask for a refund after owners daughter waited for us to order and then tell me my service dog was not allowed. Asked for a refund but they hesitated to do so immediately after. Bad service and really wanted to support local business. I am a lawyer so won’t go so as far as say discrimination but elements are present.

Disappointed & Unwelcomed

Visited Roll It Up with my husband and had a very uncomfortable experience. I brought my service animal with me, who I was holding the entire time. As soon as we walked in, the cashier gave us a nasty look, but took our order without saying a word. It wasn’t until after we paid that she told us “no dogs are allowed,” without even asking if it was a service animal — which is both inconsiderate and unlawful.

There were no signs posted about a pet policy, and I’ve personally seen others in this location with dogs without any issue. We asked for a refund and left. Thankfully, we found a much better ice cream shop with better service and better prices. $18 for two ice creams and a rude attitude? Never again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My friend and I went and her pic is on the right (brown/beige colored ice cream) and mine is on the left (supposed to be Oreo) and when I tell you the woman who made mine did not care to make my bowl because it was terrible. I asked for dulce de leche and Oreo with vegan option milk and the milk doesn’t blend or melt nicely at all, they put ONE Oreo in there and a light drizzle of caramel to make it “dulce de leche” WHEN I TELL IT WAS THE MOST TASTELESS ICE CREAM IVE EVER HAD…NO SUGAR, NO TASTE AT ALL, GOT IT TOPPED WITH TOPPINGS AND IT DIDNT HELP AT ALL OMG, I DONT recommend getting a sweet treat from here gates you’re getting milk with toppings not ice cream.. my friend didn’t like hers either and she got the coffee Oreo, also just came with one Oreo and a light drizzle of coffee pump flavoring syrup, save yourself time and money here

Nice place ! Even better ice cream! They have so much flavors. Staff is very friendly and kind about allergies. They prepare my child’s icecream very careful to not get other ingredients in it due to his allergy. Love coming here

The ice cream was very good! The service was slow. They were understaffed. The place could get renovated and better cleaned!
