They don't mine there business, one of there employees being there grill cook stated to a prior date that they seen me there with another women, the audacity of that worker. If he's not fired for this i will never go back to that business again.

On a Friday at lunch, it was just busy enough that the hibachi grill filled up with two other couples quickly, allowing us to be seated promptly. The Sushi was fresh and masterfully prepared. The pot of lemon ginger tea was well-spiced and flavorful. The salad with the house-special ginger puree was adequate, and the Hibachi Chicken and vegetables were well prepared and consistent with what you would expect. Sakegura food delivers on consistency. There is nothing too special about their dishes, but you feel that you received the food experience you were seeking.

Server mumbled the entire time that he spoke to my daughter and I. Two white ladles at the table next to us got a “thank you, have a nice day;” we go nothing. I’m not one to scream out racism, because it’s annoying, but this was blatant. Normally I tip 20%, and I wasn’t going to leave him anything, but I left him a few dollars. He probably needs it more than I do. Will not be back.

I am a long time customer, but have not been here in a while, and wanted to try lunch today. I had the salmon and fried rice, with a salad. The salad was perfect! Fresh, crispy, and delicious! Genuinely disappointing. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel I should inform others. I didn't expect perfect food, but what we had tonight was mostly grease and barely cooked ingredients. Our server barely spoke and never actually stopped to see how things were. It *could* have been an off night, but if you want anything like American (or authentic Japanese) Japanese food, I'd skip this place.
My family and I have been dining at this restaurant for many years and have experienced the best each time. Food is always great. The owner and staff are very sweet and attentive.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I come here all the time and order takeout or get hibachi at the table. I walked in today (door open btw) I stand there and finally the owner looks up and says “we are closed, what do you want .” I was astonished and taken aback at his rude tone but I answered , apologized because didn’t look at the times because the door was still open. Once he realized how harshly he spoke he tried to rectify it but I said it’s ok we will leave and I left . However, they will never get another dollar from me. I get better service at chick fil than I did with this clown . One thing about it, I don’t have to spend my money at establishments who give rude service , especially from the owner of the place . It’s plenty of hibachi places around . A simple sorry we are closed , can you come back at 5 would have sufficed. That was unnecessary.
