Bad service and people are not able to help. They don't know what is going on. So unprofessional

I arrived around 12:40am 4/9/23 to pick up an online order and the service was horrible! Normally when I come in the order is ready and bagged, but not this time. The light brown skin male cashier was very rude and lacked the basic necessities(friendliness) for a customer service position. I gave him the name of the order I was picking up and I was given a cup and tasks to complete. I asked when did the delivery driver start making the orders and he said that's what he always has us do. I explained that I normally come during the day shift and the order is always bagged and sealed.In this day and age everything is supposed to be covered to protect the customer, so no where you go will have a delivery driver handle the customer's goods. Since he was not going to budge, I asked what items were needed and where to find them. He responded, "I clearly gave you a slurpee cup." I'm sure he was taught to be polite and helpful during training and none of those skills were shown tonight. Also, I'm sure any customer would be pissed to find out that the delivery driver was making their food. If you don't want to work with people, find a new job!

This is a food station inside of the Speedway Convenience Store ... it is your typical convenience store ? fare. This store is extremely busy. There is an order station but it was closed so no opportunity to order freshly ?? ? ? cooked food. The small food stations are well stocked with a good variety. That being said it wasn't dirty but it wasn't as clean as I would have expected either. The cashier ??? was friendly and efficient... but definitely overworked... only one person working the store ? and that's probably why there wasn't time to wipe down the counters, etc. and this is late afternoon around 4:00 ? can't imagine what it's like during rush hour.
