I mistakenly asked for a Beyond Breakfast sandwich instead of Impossible so I apologized and the AA woman over the intercom corrected me then says “Well it’s on the menu”. It was completely unnecessary and once I came to the window she pretended to not know what I was talking about. I’m so tired of poor customer service. She ruined my experience for no reason other than to be a nasty human being.

I avoid this particular Starbucks for several reasons and just go to the one a mile up the road near Aldi. The coffee is always weak and the people seem questionable. I had to go today and was given total attitude just because I was given the wrong amount due and called them on it. Just go to the other Starbucks. People there are awesome.

I love coming to this starbucks! everyone is always very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. My order is always just the way i like it and sometimes i get a sweet message on my drinks. I want to give a special thanks to one of the employees “Z” he is always so kind and in good sprits and i absolutely love anytime i come in and he takes my order i also leave with a smile on my face. Thank You!!
Okay. Usually these guys are okay on their coffee. Tonight I had some of the worst tasting coffee ever. It tasted burned and old . Nothing fancy just a hot Pikes with cream. I ended up dumping it. Just horrible. C'mon Starbucks, with the prices you charge, you need to do better.

Other than less than desirable parking, my latest trip to this Starbucks was an exceptional experience. I was greeted, acknowledged, and followed up with to ensure my order was accurate - which, it was. It was the perfect temperature, taste and texture. I don't say that lightly. I've been to dozens of Starbucks regionally. This one got it right on all accounts.

Starbucks never disappoints but sometimes the employee is the problem. Customer service can make or break any business. I don’t like this particular location for this reason. They continually mix up, forget or ruin my orders both pick up and deliver and messing with my coffee during work hours can be disastrous lol It’s Sunday and I placed an order for pick up. I get there and the guy tells me you just placed the order and it could take 5 mins to make the TWO drinks, mind you there’s 3 people in front of us. It was about 5 minutes when it was our turn and we were given our pastries. Everybody else in front of waited for their drinks. This guy tells me to circle around again. I’m looking at him as are the other employees with that face like why? I get back in line where now there are 6 cars in front of us. It’s been 10 mins and again people WAITING on their drinks and did not have to circle around. We get to the front and I was handed my drinks. A drink with barely any/melted whipped cream as it’s supposed to and a hot coffee meant to be iced. Of course we had to wait and instead of letting us wait like everyone else did. HE had us pull up. I’m not going to spin this but everyone else in the line waiting was NOT inconvenienced like me. Will NOT come to this location across the street from Target in Snellville on Scenic Hwy. Will continue to drive a little further to the other location.
