The quality is really slipping once I found they make all their cold brew drinks from instant coffee packets.

This comment is directly for the ignorant victim playing Manager at the Scenic / Ronald Reagan location. Don’t know her name. I believe she’s Mexican.

She will quickly escalate a situation rather resolving it orofessiknalky. She will call the cops on you after messing up your order. And pretend to play victim.
I placed a mobile order 10 mins in advance. Got to the order line and ended up waiting another 20 mins in the long slow line. Now a total of 30 mins. Never complained about the time when I got to the window. They messed up a simple hot quad expresso order, which wasn’t a problem initially. Instead she tells me to get back in line for another 20 mins while she remakes it, ignoring the fact that I told her I was hauling a long trailer in the back of my truck and had wait a very long time already.
Every other location I’ve been to that messed up my order they fixed it quick or sometimes even gave me the drink for free while I waited. This egotistic woman needed to flex to her staff and play victim calls the cops instead. Lying to the police and claimed I yelled at her.
Apparently playing victim must be a routine for her when things don’t go her way.
The two officers arrived forced me out of lithe line. Ended up siding with me and felt he would be frustrated too if he waited 30 mins for a drink then was told to get back in line for another 20 mins.
The incident has been escalated to Starbucks corporate office about her. Im told the regional manager will reach out. I will make sure regional or corporate knows her name and stays aware of her.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my matcha wasn’t made well this time. It wasn’t mixed properly. We ordered two matcha drinks—one was great, mine was clearly off. I hope they pay more attention to consistency next time.

Trash customer service don’t know how to make coffee
The worst customer service ever. Rude staff. I come in on a regular because I Door Dash. I observe the way they treat customers and how they handle orders. I absolutely dread coming in to pick up orders. It's just the most unwelcoming feeling. You almost feel like you are a burden for coming in. No one is pleasant or helpful. They barely look at you. They are in a robotic mode just trying to fill orders.
Training for staff and management is needed. It starts with the leaders. Do better.

Avoid this location! This Starbucks location has been going downhill fast. This location has a few very rude baristas that work regularly that don’t make the drinks right. Starbucks recommends if they don’t make the drink right to have your barista remake it however the baristas at this location will give you attitude, the Death Stare and/or make a smart comment. I wish I got the names of the women working at the drive thru the last two times I went there but one had really long pointed sharp eyeliner and the other was a girl who wore round glasses and a beanie. Not only was my drink horrible each time but these employees made me feel bad. I will say the men at this location have been nice and friendly!

Paid for ice and 4oz of refresh...when I specifically asked for light ice. Not like I was asking for a free drink. I literally got 4 sips.
Food was amazing and fresh. It’s a little on the smaller side and more expensive but still good!
Parking: If the drive through is busy the parking lot is a hot mess.

I was there for 45 minutes trying to purchase $120 worth of gift cards. I stood there waiting and was finally offered a refund and now I have to go to a different store if I want to purchase the gift cards.

I have previously given this store a one star review based on poor customer service, but I am back to give a review on me receiving hot cups of coffee with no sleeves yes, is it petty no you should not hand any customer a cup of coffee without even at least double cupping the cup. If you are not going to offer a sleeve, I should not have to ask for this. I nearly burned my hand the other day, I was told that Starbucks as a whole was doing away with the sleeves yet I visit Starbucks all over the city and this is the only location that is constantly trying to spin this narrative that Starbucks is doing away with Sleeves. I even asked the Starbucks across the street if this is true and they said that they never heard of that. I don’t know what’s going on, but I do feel it is a hazard to hand customers, hot cups of coffee.
Ordered my drink through drive through they didn’t get order right on what size I ordered as I told them they “re made my drink” but it tasted like they just tossed my drink into a bigger cup and added more milk. As I told them it tasted just like milk it was refused to be re made and I was told I would have to “buy” another drink if I wanted one. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t go back to this location

This used to be my go-to Starbucks but I've noticed the quality of service has gone downhill as of late. They always mess my order up, I mean how hard is it to make an iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk? My order is simple compared to others I've seen, and still, they get it wrong. The customer service is subpar. The gentlemen at the drive-thru window didn't even greet me the last time I was there, just handed me my order, no smile, nothing. There's a new manager, a heavy-set lady, who is more concerned about cutting costs and saving money on Venti cups, than providing excellent customer service. The microaggression I experienced while trying to pick up a mobile order right after I placed it was unnecessary. My last exchange with this location ended with me getting a refund because I didn't even trust them to remake my order and the manager's attitude was poor. I've switched to the location down the street (Webb Gin) and I won't ever look back. They are much more pleasant at this location and yes, they get my order right lol. Do yourself a favor and drive a little bit further down the street. It may feel out of the way, but it's worth it for the service alone.

I have been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I don't know who are training these children, but their level of customer service wasn't it. I ordered through the mobile app which is how I normally order to avoid any confusion in what I'm requesting. I got to the window to be handed a drink I did not order. I asked the clerk what was this and she said it was on the cup on the ticket. As I was inspecting it, I noticed some black lint around the inside of the lid and said, "I've never seen my beverage this color," and she seemed confused. I asked her was it creme-based because that wasn't what I ordered and she said, "oh I'm sorry, he must've made a mistake because he was new." While waiting for my new drink, they had to refund me for a pastry since the app allowed me to order and they were out. When the cup came with my correct drink, I noticed they used the same exact cup they gave me the incorrect drink in because the same black stuff was there. I even asked the clerk and she confirmed it was indeed the same cup that they used. By this time, I'm annoyed and at no time did they offer anything for my inconveniences. The drive-thru clerk went to speak to someone and he came over to the window with annoyance and told me to drive around and park and they'll bring it out to me. At this point, I don't even trust it or them so I requested a full refund. I did not get my full refund amount and was shorted 80 cents after that terrible experience.

I order tall white chocolate mocha hot and I received plain latte. I come back and ask for remake hi didn't say sorry. The second coffee surprise another latte but this time with whip cream on top of curse finished on the trash. I don't recommend this place.
