The service is amazing! Baristas are kind but the drinks themselves seem to be a bit more on the bland side. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and it has no flavor except the whip cream at the bottom and the top :/.

I mistakenly asked for a Beyond Breakfast sandwich instead of Impossible so I apologized and the AA woman over the intercom corrected me then says “Well it’s on the menu”. It was completely unnecessary and once I came to the window she pretended to not know what I was talking about. I’m so tired of poor customer service. She ruined my experience for no reason other than to be a nasty human being.

I avoid this particular Starbucks for several reasons and just go to the one a mile up the road near Aldi. The coffee is always weak and the people seem questionable. I had to go today and was given total attitude just because I was given the wrong amount due and called them on it. Just go to the other Starbucks. People there are awesome.
I love coming to this starbucks! everyone is always very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. My order is always just the way i like it and sometimes i get a sweet message on my drinks. I want to give a special thanks to one of the employees “Z” he is always so kind and in good sprits and i absolutely love anytime i come in and he takes my order i also leave with a smile on my face. Thank You!!

Okay. Usually these guys are okay on their coffee. Tonight I had some of the worst tasting coffee ever. It tasted burned and old . Nothing fancy just a hot Pikes with cream. I ended up dumping it. Just horrible. C'mon Starbucks, with the prices you charge, you need to do better.

For over 7 years i come to the same store almost every single day and saw a lot of changes over the years but it's still the best starbucks store i ever been to and enjoy coming here, employees here are always professional greeting me with a smile every day and make the best coffee for me , keep it up, you guys are the best.
