Waited 25 mins to get one cup of brewed coffee. I was the only one in line. She had 4 people to make drinks for so 5 total and I get it's only her but even when it was finally my time she didn't have coffee brewed. That was unbelievable to wait that long for a cup of brewed coffee

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I came last week and couldn’t place an order. You’ll never guess why. They were out of coffee. COFFEE!!! This is Starbucks, how is that even possible?! Today is Nov 7, the new holiday flavors are out today. And guess what? You guessed it! They don’t have any of the new holiday syrups. The manager needs to be fired, it doesn’t make sense why there are always issues at this location

There has not been one time since I started coming to this location that my order was ready when it said per the app. There’s always one person working and takes 20-25 minutes from the moment I arrive in the store! What’s the point of ordering ahead?? Yall need to hire other workers because it’s been like this for months. Highly disappointed…

Management needs to be looked into at this location because this Starbucks is horribly ran. There is usually only 1 person working and they NEVER open on time. There is a lack of customer service training. They don’t know how to navigate through issues. Not sure where management is, but the staff is unsupported and unmanaged. They are always out of items. Literally, they have been out of the same syrup months. The staff will let you order something and pay for it, knowing that they don’t have the ingredients. The quality of the drinks is always hit or miss. You are better off driving further to go to a better ran location.

Do NOT and i mean do NOT waste your time going here. The customer service is beyond terrible it quite literally doesn’t exist. I literally stood there for 16 minutes WITHOUT being acknowledged once by Jalin (the young kid with the locs and tattoos on his arm in case i soelled his name wrong). I totally understand that he was by himself hence me being patient and waiting. HOWEVER under no circumstance should he have been on FaceTime the ENTIRE TIME talking to a female! He SHOULD have been acknowledging myself and the other guest that walked up! THEN i waited that entire time only for him to tell me they don’t have what i would have liked to order. I get it, you run out of things. I get it, you’re solo. But like i said, get off the phone and work, period!! He wasn’t asking a coworker how to do something or where something was he was busy running his mouth having a FaceTime conversation of all things. SMH, don’t go here the customer service doesn’t exist!

All these people on the clock and they’re just standing there it feels like. To make it worse, they’re out of all the teas and other certain drinks. I’m not sure if they just don’t feel like making it or what. They also close earlier than the time posted by the way, I came in one time before and they closed almost an hour before the closing time on the hours posted. I wouldn’t recommend stopping by this location.
