This was our first time back in quite some time. I am very disappointed that they have went to a kiosk ordering system not because of the kiosk itself, but for the reason they ask for a tip my question is who is the tip for the whole staff or the or the people that serve you the food that bring it out to your table oh yeah, they don’t offer that anymore so if you want me to leave a tip bring back table service and I’ll be more than happy to tip the weight staff that helps me when they bring me my food. Second thing don’t stand too long at the drink machine and then expect get your drink because for some stupid reason, they only allow you five seconds to place your order for a drink. Then the machine turns off so we asked for a refund and we did receive it and then we chose another restaurant that was local and in all honesty it was miserable Service too. So the only thing I can say is, if you want to eat here, I’m sure the food is still great. We did not have any so I can’t comment on the food but bring back the table Service bring back to Personal Touch of what kept you in business all these years.

I would have given a zero star if it was possible. The whole experience was horrible and you can't even complete the survey online. Very frustrating.

I came to the drive thru at 12:45pm and an 18 wheeler delivery truck was halfway blocking the intercom. The man then began unloading the large shipment with no lift. I finally came inside to inquire and order since my kids in the car wanted this crap. Was told the drive thru was closed for the delivery. There was no cone or signs posted! Never seen a drive thru for delivery. Finally the self service kiosks are a no. It takes away from why you would even want to come in dine. The dining room soda machine was out of sprite and all around unclean. I also asked for a drink carrier since I was forced to come inside and was told there was none. Ridiculous to be so low on supplies and have a shipment come at lunch rush!

The new ordering system is OK, but we missed the full waiting service before covid-19. We miss the baked beans that have been eliminated from the menu. The service representative was extremely helpful, and I enjoyed joking with her as she helped my overly picky cousin decide her order. The only issue is that my cousin had a problem with her milkshake where she "found foreign objects.". She received a different replacement.

Disappointed haven't been to a steak n shake in a long time. Was excited to get a Frisco melt. Found out they no longer have servers and the total steak n shake experience is gone for me.

These guys always forget something! Why waste time stapling up the bag for delivery if you forget a side, shake, or whole burger? Order today forgot the onion rings. Please double-check when bagging!

The reason for the one-star for service is that this location is only kiosk or app ordering and pay, so there's really no service. The food is still great, as always, and the store is clean and comfortable. I'm just wondering how self-service things will become down the road. We are becoming more and more isolated with little person to person interaction.

Food was amazing. However, orders must be made at a kiosk and must have a scan code to get drinks... the problem with this is the soda fountain does not stay on long enough to fill your cup. Avoid this by drinking the tea.
