Just went through the drive thru and there was a young guy named William who was just amazing in the window! He made me and my wife very happy to be served by him! Keep doing what you're doing my guy! And to the management you better be taking good care of this guy!

We’ve been here 4x in the past six weeks. FYI we don’t really eat fast food. The fact that they cook with tallow was what motivated us to try them out again. Super thankful to see that the place has great management. The entire restaurant is clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. It’s made to order so it’s always fresh. Generally not crowded, tonight a Friday has about 1/2 capacity. I’m thinking word hasn’t gotten around that this location must have a new management team.

CHARLES JACKSON MANAGER who actually made my special order of Chili 5 ways for me and my son. I requested no onions on my order. My son wanted onions. I live 45 minutes away and its always a treat to come here because this Steak n shake makes the best chili 5 ways. NOT THIS NIGHT. THE FOOD WAS COLD. THE PRODUCT WAS BAD AND THERE WAS NO CHEESE OR ONIONS ON MY SONS ORDER. THE BOWL WAS HALF FILLED. I ALSO ORDERED FRIES WHICH WERE OLD AND COLD. AND A BURGER THAT WAS AWFUL. I DECIDED TO STOP BYE THE RESTAURANT TODAY AND THE MANAGER WAS WORKING WHO PROCESSED MY ORDER THAT NIGHT. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE FOOD AND SHOWED HIM THE PICTURE. HE MADE EXCUSES FOR THE FOOD. WHEN YOU PAY OVER $7.00 FOR A FEW NOODLES AND A FEW BEANS WITH SAUCE AND ICE COLD FRIES THAT JUST FRUSTRATES ME. I REFUSE TO LISTEN TO EXCUSES. I CAN HANDLE IT MY WAY. CHARLES HAD A POOR ATTITUDE.

It's charm as a dinner is gone, replaced with a screen to order. No more friendly waitresses.😥 The worst part was you have to scan a barcode to get your drink with limited refills.

Came to the drive through and ordered 5 plain number 7 with 7 cups of cheese. The lady at the drive through repeated the order 4 times as if she could not believe that my family was ordering this. We get to the window the lady verifies the order again. I pay. I leave. I get home and my children are like where are the fries? We only have one fry in the bag. I call back up to the store an someone answers the phone and I mention that I just came through the drive through a few minutes ago and I was missing my fries. The guy on the phone even remembered my order and repeated it to me. He pulled up the order and said the order was rung up incorrectly as 1 number 7 and 4 plain burgers. He said he can not refund because nothing is missing but I can come back for the 4 fries. I told him that I live a good ways away and would not be able to return. I feel like I am only missing my fries because my order was wrung up incorrectly. I just wanted to share because my kids are pissed and I am stuck with all of this extra cheese. 😢
