no line, no wait during Saturday rush hour. Very friendly staff, 100 health score. No flavor, small portions & minimal ingredients. Soda cost more than tacos, mostly ice.

Food was cold disgusting not even toasted the chalupa was white. Fries were white didn't have the nacho seasoning at all! Horrible and waited over 15 minutes for food to come like that highly dissatisfied!

Don't come here often and don't remember previous visits, so this is just based on my latest visit. Dude was quick and nice, but food was kinda pathetic. Got a gordita and a crunchwrap, and there was like a total of a tablespoon of beef in each. I felt like I wasted good money to eat a cheesy tortilla I could have made at home for $2. So I won't be going back.

I have been to this location three times in the last three weeks. I will not come here again. Each time my order has been filled incorectly with items being made wrong or just left out of the bag. Everytime they have been out of something that is on their menu. Most of all the staff seem disorganized and disinterested in doing the job you are payi ng them to do. Today I came in and went to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering and there were no paper towels, no problem, I walked into the dining room to get some napkins and both dispensers were empty. I left rather than be disappointed with my order being wrong again. If you cant stock napkins and papertowels properly I dont have faith that you will be able to do much else well. I will not be back. I love the food at Taco Bell but none of the locations near me are well run. I already stoped going to the Five Forks location for the same reasons.

literally terrible. waited 20 minutes for my mobile order. they forgot my chips and sauces. when i went back inside, they didn’t pay any attention to me so i just left without items i paid for. my taco had literal fat in it, not actual chicken. so disgusted and disappointed. you’re better off going to cookout across the street.

I DoorDash my first order and was Missing an avocado sauce, two potato, soft tacos, and one Fiesta potato. I called the store and we were able to resolve the issue in a timely and respectful manner. I thank the team and manager for helping replace my items.
Vegetarian options: If you would like, you can order any item that contains meat and swap it out for black beans. There is no up charge or down charge. Some items that don’t contain meat to begin with are spicy potato soft taco, fiesta potato, Cheesy bean and rice burrito, nacho fries, And the bean burrito.

Wowwww....first time at this location, and I'm deleting the app. I ordered like we do for all other fast food joints. Got there and sat at the windows five minutes, was asked to pull to the front door, and waited another five minutes. I was ok with all this because we had like 11 items. The bag was handed to me and then I had a problem. All I saw was lettuce on an order that had no lettuce on anything. I went in side and it got worst. After waiting while the young lady front counter who was on her phone noticed me she walked to the back. I patiently waited for the manager to question the validity of my complaint. Snatch the bag and go through each item and say " your stuff at the bottom they just gave you someone else's stuff too. I'll make over since it's a problem " Yes ever thing in the bag was smashed and covered in lettuce which I pointed out on the receipt the no lettuce. After about 15 minute he brought my order and pointed out each individual piece. He finished with" now that's what you ordered". No apology or anything. Taco Bell if you're going to charge what you're charging you need to get some Chik- Fila customer service grade managers at least. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Drive to Grayson, they are struggling in here. Seems short staffed so I feel bad but i waited 35 minutes for an online order to be forgotten about
Don't be fooled by the Taco Bell sign this place is the equivalent of a hard sigh and mumble rap.
What the children who run this establishment lack in experience, they make up for with a full disregard for customer service. This is the closest location to my home In 3 years, they have yet to get an order 100% correct and the staff like to let you know just how put out they are by doing their jobs.

I order from this Taco Bell about 4-5 times a month. I do it through delivery and pickup. It’s an amazing store during the day but anything past ten o’clock you will not get the right things. Every delivery from the past month has either missed something or has a substitution that i never wanted understandable i order late but if you let me know it’s fine. I would just get it refunded through the delivery service so it was fine until i received a burrito with hard uncooked rice. I just don’t understand why they make cuts when it gets rushed.

I repeated my order twice & she still got my food wrong and the wrong drink & then the drink had no flavor. I won’t ever be back here.
