I give a service a three stars because of the cashier was very nice very professional the cook was awful that Mexican pizza was horrible they had a whole piece of onion sitting on top of the Mexican pizza I hope I don't get sick š¤¢š¤¢ I won't visit this location again I'm very upset. She needs another job. Horrible.

Terrible they just cant get anything right it's unreal all they have to do is read and they cant even do that and they wonder why people get mad its just ignorant probably too busy with music in their ears and just don't care its crazy never again restaurant standards aren't the same anymore saw one guy back there scratch his head and then go to make a order no hands washed no one cares until someone gets sick I'm allergic to onions and ranch and I asked for neither an got both luckily I dont trust yall at all and checked before tskimg a bite of anything and guess what ysll cant read as usual

Waited forever at the drive thru for them to take my order and I had a mobile order so all they had to do was ask my name, then I get my 3 burritos and all of them are skimo on the ingredients. They are the skinniest Taco Bell burritos I have ever seen. This location is in a very busy area and there really is no reason for them to skimp on ingredients like that... Especially on a bean burrito. Beans are dirt cheap they can put another scoop on there at least. Will not be coming back.

This location is by far the rudest iāve been to. So heres what happened: After being in the drive thru for 3 minis or more i decided to say hello!!! No response waited a few more minutes by this time i said hello again another car was pulling up behind me, i was there a few more minutes and then decided to just go in, as i am passing by, the drive thru window is wide open, there was a black chick standing there and then by the time i got in the window she was in the back, as i walk in i placed my order at the kiosk and proceeded to the counter where i waited , older hispanic lady with a devious and or sarcastic smile says good morning! I replied good morning back and then she assertively says to me as she thought she was forcing me to say good morning says i said good morning to which i replied and i said good morning as well by this time the same black chick that was at the window peeks around the corner grinning like a damn chess cat walked off laughing. I shook my head cause number one its too early in the morning to be rude negligent tardy and snippy; mind you they open at 9 am its 9:30 and they arenāt operating the drive thru, which would not be a problem, but is a problem is number one not having a mote on the speaker or get on the intercom and asking for the customer to come in instead , to just let us sit there waiting saying hello is absurd, the customer in drive thru behind me had the same issue as well.

This place always seems to forget items constantly or give out the wrong orders, which for me was both. I wasnāt going to leave a review until I saw the bottom of the bag was wet and saw the nachos were leaking. Chips were already soggy and cold as if this was waiting for hours before I even placed the order. Plus I didnt order for it to even have guac or beans.

My food was cold I got street tacos with three tiny prices of stead and almost no cilatntro lettuce there was no cheese in between the shells I also got a taco with no lettance in case I didnāt like it the soft shell was hard meat cold
Highly disappointed would love a refund the only reason I didnāt return is due to exhaustion after working 13 hours I waited behind a pickup truck hauling a trailer.
Disquieting food lady at the window was nice
Update I called the manager offer to remake and refund
