I went thru drive thru they was fast and I had all my items and everything was fresh. The cashier tymekia was very friendly and sweet and she recommended me to get one of they new drinks and it was good !

The food tasted fresh and It filled me up and the employees was nice and friendly . kayla took my order , she was really friendly. Jermaine and Larome fixed my food and it was so good my fries was hot and they was friendly as well. They all should get a raise!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Taco Bell with uber eats. The order was completely wrong and a bunch of items were missing. If they were out of items, they should’ve canceled my order, but they didn’t. Avoid at all costs!

Love going to this one ever since they opened up. I’m a resident of snellville so this is my closest Taco Bell and I frequent here at least once a week. I love how the morning and night crew are nice and always have my order ready before I get there! They never once forgot anything or ever messed up my order.

Came here yesterday and ordered $9 Lux box. It took them about 5 minutes,there was no one else in line. Female at the window was courteous. I figured that since i was the only one there and no pressure that my order would have to be right. I got like 3 miles down the road and opened my box and there was a taco missing and no churros. Again,there was no one else in line and no reason to get confused about the order. I called back when I noticed the error 5 minutes later or so and no answer. I felt cheated and disrespected. This place is well-staffed and usually get things right, not sure what happened this time. Definitely check check before pulling off with your order. Politeness doesn't equal thoroughness.

They have no one serving at the counter. Everything is order electronic. We ordered but thy never received our order. We waited for 10min. Nothing.
The only food I order from Taco Bell is the chicken power bowl. Love it. Service is always welcoming!!

Went here for dinner. Let me start off by saying I don't understand how can they not get your order right at the drive-thru. I ordered the Mexican pizza, and the pizza was so soggy that it was nasty. So we threw it in the trash. next, i ordered a cantina chicken bowl,which was a rip-off when it came to the portion size. I even asked the young lady at the drive-thru was it white meat or dark meat in the Cantina Bowl and she told me white meat, evidently she doesn't know the difference between white and dark meat because it was dark meat and I do not eat dark meat. I asked for a brisk purple drink, but she gave me a coke. The cinnamon twist tasted like cooking oil. The cinnamon they barely sprinkled on them didn't even taste right. Horrible meal. Definitely wont be back to this location. Taco Bell needs to take better pride in what goes out the door..smh
