I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Food is always fresh and Always friendly and they have the best plantain hands down although I shouldn’t be sharing this info because he sells out fast and it’ll be harder for me to get. Lol. Please support.

This is the WORST Jamaican food I have ever tasted! They are obviously not Jamaican but Ja Faking! The oxtail was overpriced and was like ketchup. My girls curry chicken was white bland no seasoning and tasted like garbage. This is not a good representation of Jamaican food at all! Negative 5 🌟

Great food, oxtails, jerk chicken and ribs are my favorite

First time trying this place today the food was fresh and not salty definitely coming back here to try other entrees for sure

This is for you if you like spicy food. I got the jerk chicken with brown stew sauce with rice and peas and plantains and cabbage. My bro got oxtails plate and beef rib and he threw away his rice and peas because of the heat and spices. I went here on 2/19/2025.

Food was hot and delicious. The service was awesome and the gentleman was very kind. This restaurant is definitely a gem. I ordered oxtails, rice and beans, and vegetables. Large portions and absolutely delicious.

I live right down the street and have been coming here for years. I have also been to the Empire lounge beside it.That being said, the food is absolutely delicious! However, as I have come to realize, as with many Jamaican restaurants, their people skills and customer service sucks!They also can be open or closed at any time, despite what the hours say. The owner has a strange demeanor and doesn't smile at all or speak much.........but the food is good. With that said, take your pick as to what is more important. But now you know what to expect.

The oxtails were delicious and the veggies had a really good taste and soft enough for elderly people. ??????????????✅ I haven’t seen the owner in about a week and a half. Is he alright? There are no signs of vacation on the door. Hope he’s ok ?.
