My husband and I went to this location in Snellville Georgia for dinner, A few hours ago.
We ordered two burgers to go for our children, when my son began to eat his meal and the burger was not cooked it was RAW this was very disgusting to see.
Prior to that while we were having dinner, another customer had the same problem, he was so upset because his steak was uncooked. It was raw and he asked them to change it three times then ask to speak with the manager.
He got very angry, then the manager asked him to leave because he was too loud.
I was thinking to myself he should have been more patient, not knowing that I would be facing the same thing with my children’s food when I got home…

Service was cool, food was decent. The burger was dry and they ran out of BBQ sauce for my ribs. The chili was good. We ordered appetizers but they came out the same time as the main course so I told the server to take it back. She did without a problem.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Utilized the waitlist feature. Took 15 mins after I texted here to be seated. It was a Sunday at 2 pm, so it was beyond packed. Took a while to receive the meals but that is probably the norm on a crazy day being after church. The waitress did get the apps, bread, and salads put to us quickly. She also was helpful knowing we had a funeral to get to on assisting us with getting orders done and bills to get us handled.
Ordered the bone-in ribeye. It was absolutely delicious! Seasoned well, nicely tender, and juices flowing!!! My baked sweet potato was piping hot with perfectportions of butter, cinnamon, and sugar. My Caesar was fresh, chilled, not overly dressed, and served with plenty croutons, just like I like. Thoroughly ENJOYED THIS MEAL!😋

Had the worst experience at this Texas Roadhouse! This has to be the most unorganized unprofessional Texas Roadhouse in the United States! Waited over two hours to be seated to then be told to leave. Somehow they seated 2 other families at the wrong table one which was our table. Which left us (a family of seven) standing in the middle of the busy restaurant until they figured out which table belonged to who. Once they finally moved the family that was sitting at the one large enough for us they seated us at that dirty table and tried to give us the same bread that the waitress had been walking around with and talking over. Once we voiced our disapproval about the table and bread we got attitude and was told that we basically should have not been upset and that we could leave if we didn’t like it! Smh and Lucas Malone the Manager was such a complete joke! He didn’t even want to hear our complaints! SMH that is absolutely no way to treat customers! He should definitely not be managing anything!
