I just left this Texas Roadhouse and my experience was bad. My fries were burnt! I asked for no seasoning and got burnt dried to hell and back as my fries. I asked for a manager and the takeout young lady said they stated that the way they come🤦🏾♀️! Then I ask for a manager and a young lady name Sara come to speak to me said no that not how we cook them offered to replace them said hey it only take a few minutes, well 10 minutes later no FRIES! And take out said oh she got call away and for got! WELL ILL JUST SKIP THUS PLACE! I PAID FOR MY ORDER AND MISSED GET THE SIDE COOK CORRECT! I’d SKIP THIS PLACE U LESS YOUR GOOD ON OVER COOD FOOD AND POOR SERVICE! NOT COMING BACK KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Overall my visit here was not the greatest when it came to the food and drinks. A lot of menu items were out, our drinks were mostly juice from the bar (we had to pay for extra shots), and our food was blah. The restaurant as a whole could use a good deep cleaning as well, however the manager and our waiter were great and accommodated our needs. The restaurant had friendly staff and customers.

This is our favorite place for steak and baby back ribs . The service is always friendly and fast . We love the rolls and butter it’s the best ! We can never go wrong when it comes to this place .

Sorry to say that sometimes this place is hit or miss. Couple weeks ago food was great. My visit today was a complete miss. When I received my plate rice was under cooked my loaded mash was room temperature. Steak was just rite but I would have enjoyed it more if they keep the consistency on quality of the food going out.
