I had no idea chop steak did not mean a chopped up steak that’s the only thing. But it was pretty inexpensive for the food that we got but next time I’m gonna get the actual stake. We sat right there by the kitchen but our food still came out late and kind of cold

Service was great and the staff were amazing. We loved our server. The food quality was average, the fried pickles & cheese fries were quite good. Their famous bread & butter was 10/10. Baked potato side 10/10.The NY strip steak was bland and had more fat than we are used to. The place overall was indecent. Floors were filthy, menu was sticky/greasy, cups had a bad smell to it, and such basic things that threw us off. The atmosphere was maybe not for us, just noisy with loud music.

We had a party of 12 plus 2 infants show up unannounced. We were seated promptly at 2 tables back to back. The service was good and the food was great.

Fish was shriveled, and my mashed potatoes was not loaded and corn in there. The chicken that my daughter had was very tiny. The whole order was horrible and not only to mention when we walk in the door to pick up the order. The young lady was very rude and said you have to go around back to pick up your order but she could have been more nice with a better attitude.

Had a pleasant experience. Our server was amazing. The food was hit or miss. I loved the steak, but the sides were not up to par. Mac and cheese tasted like krafts mac..the mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mash. The snake bites werent that good either. Overall, it was good but would probably go to Longhorn or Outback next time

Absolutely horrible service tonight. I joined the “waitlist” at 5:50pm I specifically requested a party of 9 adults. We all arrived during the time we were “expected” to be seated some of arriving as early as 8pm. It is now 9:33pm and we have all decided to leave as we watched these two inexperienced hosts seat parties that took the space we needed to sit our party. Upon arrival they said 15 more minutes and another 3 encounters they continued to lie and say they were going to seat us soon. Only to seat smaller parties in the tables we needed. This restaurant is embodied by booths with only three tables that can be moved to seat our large party. They later stated that the tables were seperate servers and had to wait for people to get up so we can be seated with one server. After requesting the manager, I explained my experience in the hospitality and serving industry and I can understand the split of tables but also the priority of customer satisfaction and when it comes to split tables and having two servers work as a team to service their customers in a manner that is above and beyond. The manager asked politely one of the servers if she would be able to service us. The server unprofessional as she was loudly declined and said “no I’m not taking no large party!” “We are about to close” While we patiently waited over 1.5hrs now these servers and hosts had no intention in seating us especially with the fact they were closing soon. We left. We went to MILLERS ALE HOUSE. Arrive at 9:35pm and got our “large” party seated at 9:37pm with excellence and open arms. No wait. Ridiculous. These servers don’t want large party gratuities.

Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in a long time. Probably won’t be going back to this one. The food was mediocre at best. My wife picked out a specific steak. The server took the red coupon they gave us for it. As we were leaving, I noticed the steak she chose was still in the case with the other half of the ticket on it. My daughter’s salmon was not very good. Her “loaded” steak fries only had cheese on them. My prime rib was good and the baked potato was good. We received one glass of water each. It was never refilled. My daughter ordered a drink and I had to ask for it after we received our entrees. By the looks of it, it had been sitting at the bar for quite a while. Most of the ice was melted and it was watered down. All in all, for $100, I’d go somewhere else.
