Great old school bakery, highest quality and amazing prices. Nothing fancy, I don’t need my food to look like art work. A lot of really high end new bakeries charge a fortune for there beautiful looking desserts but they don’t taste good. Rhodes makes quality cakes for a value. I get all cakes for special events here.

Let me start by saying this has been my go to bakery for 5+ years. The food is uh-mazing. I came in this week after my monthly doctors appointments. It's always in the evening time. I have looked forward to coming to this bakery for years but not here lately. The laughs and friendless is what made the place feel like home especially when you get no good news from the doctors. Or even good news you want to share. The staff is off. I've met so many new people with a friendly face over the years but the past year isn't it. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and the young lady told me they do not have managers. I just said okay and didn't talk about it anymore. But needless to say, the food is amazing but the service has gone down hill. I'll try again later on Rhodes.

I stopped in here from time to time to pick up a little treat. And what better time to stop in then Christmas the busiest time of the year for a bakery. What I will say is they had plenty of treats available for customers. Even as busy as the bakery was the day before Christmas Eve the staff was super friendly super helpful all around amazing to deal with. I was able to get a beautiful assortment of petty force and cookies and a pie, they were prepared. They had a separate area for pick up of pre-orders. Everything ran smoothly, and I was in and out in no time. Other bakeries and stores should really look at this model because they have figured out how to capitalize at the busiest time by not wasting the customers time, by making sure the staff is friendly and helpful, and has recommendations, even with limited supply of things. I 100% will continue to patronize the establishment and not only that the petti four are amazing but everything about this place is .

Really bad customer service. I ordered a cake, prepaid because employee said I had to. When I came to pick up,the cake, the box had not paid taped to it 3 times . Employee told me all orders must be prepaid? Confusing. Employees never apologized.

What a lovely little bakery! I needed a custom cake last minute and they were willing to work with me and they gave such a beautiful result! The cake was so yummy and looked gorgeous my family was very impressed! And the workers were very kind.I can’t recommend this place enough ☺️
The staff member that took my call in order was very helpful and friendly. My order was ready and done correctly when I came to pick it up. The strawberry cake was moist and flavorful. The icing was not overly sweet and fluffy. It was a great hit all around! Thank you for being a local bakery that I will be sure to frequent more often.

I’ve called 2 different occasions where I’ve asked about prices and info on a few items. It is so sad to see how Poorly the customer service has gotten here at bill Rhodes bakery. Each time I called the girls did not seem to know ANY information about anything in the store! And I found myself repeating myself often. In return I got a lot of put on hold, wait a minute, ummmms, and I’m not sure answers. I mean i asked if they did mini custom sugar cookies and was told there was tea and cheese cookies at the bakery today…what?… I asked about a simple cake. I gave my size and said NO DECORATIONS! I was so confused I wasn’t sure at the end if I just wasn’t being clear enough! So sad Bill Rhodes was NOT like this before I have no idea what happened. My rating is based on the customer service! Very very poor! Need better training!

Stopped by Bill Rhodes a few weeks ago while in the area. I was greeted with a smile and given a break down of their breakfast treats. I was even given a sample which I gave to my wife and she loved. From this one visti I can tell the small bakery does some big things when it comes to baking. Real score is 4.8
