Ever since this lounge opened I have been coming here. It's been more than enough times for me to give a fair review of my experience. I would say that this lounge is very nice and it's very comfortable. I feel it's managed well and I have always received great customer service. I must commend and shout out one of the manager's whose name is Seven. He is awesome and he is always trying to do his best to make sure the customer's are enjoying themselves. He's a gem and I hope the owners realize how special he is to their business. I recently seen an IG video done by the popular DJ Frank Ski who called out the club owners in Metro Atlanta regarding their exorbitant pricing of food, drinks, parking and entry fees. I think The Patio Social Club owners may want to revisit some of their drink prices which sometimes are extremely high. Other than that, so far, so good. I do recommend visiting lounge.

Says $81.31 on receipt but yet bank transactions state 93$ never left a tip only in cash OVER CHARGED ME WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER TF AGAIN! Why would i need to call MY bank to ask them about a transactions that I was charged with at THAT establishment.
So to be honest this was my 1st time here and my waitress Janelle was amazing. I told her I never been here before. She took the extra time out to give me small tour of the place and I truly appreciate it. The over beyond customer service was just what I needed to make a decision to come back. My girls from Miami will be here next week and we will be back to see her. Thank you again for your hospitality. Oh yea did I tell y'all I was by myself but she didn’t make me feel like it. She continue to check on me throughout the night. She is amazing.

So I'm writing this Review for this place and all of the establishments of color who wish to do good business.
I called The Patio to make reservations the other day, and in a nutshell, was told in a very matter of fact way(attitude), that I had to pay
a $100 nonrefundable fee to sit at a table for up to 3hrs. This $100 covered nothing but the 3hrs at the table. This was such a turn off, I immediately became uninterested and went to a different establishment. One which when you walk in you are greeted by people who smile and speak in a professional manner, one that you are not limited in the time spent at the table when spending your money, one which has servers that serve you with respect and excellent service, one that doesn't tell you they do not have tap water in order to force you to purchase bottle water, one that doesn't automatically put a 20% to 25% gratuity on your check regardless of the size of your party, one that doesn't charge ridiculously high prices for drinks, one that doesnt charge you to park in a parking lot that was made for your convenience in order to get your business. I can go on and on with the absurdity that occurs in "ESTABLISHMENTS OF COLOR" but I digress. I'm the first person to support establishments of color, but after being here in Atl, I have a change of heart. You all need to learn how to do good business because most of you do not have a clue. I will not support a business that is literally trying to take every dime out of my pocket to patronize their establishment while offering terrile customer servuce. It started with the first point of contact, the phone call. That set the tone and sent me elsewhere. Please people, get it together. If there is just one thing on this list that you are guilty of then this applies to you.
Janelle is the most thorough, knowledgeable, kind server I've had here. She's a vibe.

Pros- Received fast, pleasant service at the bar, food was a great temperature and found seating outside of the cigar area fairly quick.
Cons - waitress attitude, automatic gratuity, lack of follow up, minimum spend, very humid so floor is slippery and co-ed restroom.
It's a cigar/sports bar, so there is really no need for a minimum spend. Most people will buy one to two drinks and bare minimum, one appetizer. With the price structure, no one is spending less than $60.
Parking: You have the option to park your vehicle in the back at no charge. I am uncertain if this is applicable all night or during a certain time.

Where do I start? This place is designed to nickel and dime you to death. There's a $10 fee with no in and out privileges, not even to go next door to their other side of the establishment. They're essentially charging to sit by placing reserved on every table. We were sitting at a table and told to move to another table for reservation. We were then again told to move for reservation. Then a 3rd time they came and shooed us away from that table too. At that point I wasn't spending another cent in there. From the $20 valet to the door fee to the 20% gratuity they have the nerve to force u to stand? Oh but u can sit if u buy a bottle or commit to a certain amount of spend. I'm sick of this black establishment black tax. Why are there a handful of seats at the bar? Again so they can force u into paying for a seat. The service was slow. The drinks were mid. Fortunately I live very close to the Smyrna location which is better just smaller. Do urself a favor and don't bother. I'm demanding better service from the businesses that seem to only be interested in their bottom line and not ur experience. Never again

Chelsea and Kia were great. The ending to my birthday was nothing but excellent and they made sure if that. They did not know that it was my bday but once they found out they came back 5 mins later with a birthday shoutout with lights and a bottle. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends. The food was great and I also did some karaoke which was fun and entertaining. I will be back.

Service is good but depends on the waitress… should be consistent will all staff. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. when the environment is inviting… I will spend money. There are some improvements needed. The temperature is hot inside which causes your flooring to sweat… people may slip and fall! The bathroom is a shared space for men and women… not a fan! So much flirting and side conversation… you can’t get to the toilet. The music is always the same… same artist ..same videos. Can we hear some usher, Chris brown, summer walker, Sza, Rick Ross, lil baby, Kendrick Lamar, Nipsey Hussle, Drake, 2 chains, R & B, hip hop, Reggae music, etc! Not just sexy red and lotto trash. Georgia is a melting pot of people from everywhere… who want to hear more music. When the music is vibing and fresh… it sets the tone for those who are willing to stay longer and pay that 20 % gratuity. Patio- you should answer all reviews… not just the positive ones. Grow your business positively from ALL experiences. ??♥️

Great atmosphere!
Good music and food. Be prepared to pay gratuities at 20%. Extra for anything additional. For people who want tap water for free with drinks. It’s a NO! Everything comes with cost.
Parking: Come early and stay late.
Don’t park near Bojangles during their operational hours.
