Ever since this lounge opened I have been coming here. It's been more than enough times for me to give a fair review of my experience. I would say that this lounge is very nice and it's very comfortable. I feel it's managed well and I have always received great customer service. I must commend and shout out one of the manager's whose name is Seven. He is awesome and he is always trying to do his best to make sure the customer's are enjoying themselves....

So to be honest this was my 1st time here and my waitress Janelle was amazing. I told her I never been here before. She took the extra time out to give me small tour of the place and I truly appreciate it. The over beyond customer service was just what I needed to make a decision to come back.
