Order a large SHRIMP FRIED RICE, not a piece of shrimp in the plate. Get all the way home to find my order not correct. How about you provide customers with what they paid for.

Order was supposed to be ready at 12 and was not ready till 12:40 after I watched people place order and done before me .. cashier acts as if it ain’t her problem. And can only say manager not in right now …. I guess that was the problem. Rude ass girl

Horrible attitudes from the staff!! They seem to be desperate and accepting ghetto applicants for hire. Won't patronize an establishment that relies on my money, but will not make sure the customer is treated with dignity.

Every time I come to the Atlanta area I make sure to stop here to grab some food. I don’t care if I’m on a diet..I might just have to cheat and come here as a small reward! I love the many options of chicken wing flavors. I love how they make my food just the way I like it and most importantly they are not stingy with the fries. If you want your wings super crispy, they do it. If you want your burger cut in half, it’s done with no problem! I love this place. Keep up the good work touchdown

Highly disappointed with how this visit panned out! Ordered online for what we thought based on the description a 2pc fish combo and a 3pc combo. When I pick up the order they say it’s fish only order. So almost $30 for 5 pieces of fish!!!!!! I asked the young lady about this and showed her what I see as a customer on the other side of the platform. Her response was do you want to add fries and the hush puppies we wanted. Then preceded to ring it up. I asked her “is there a charge?” her response “yes”!!!! So now I would end up spending almost $40 for the meal!!!! Service was bad!!! No apology or let me get the manager or let me see what I can do!!!!

Fried the life out of my chicken, it’s literally tearing my gums up when I chew. Extra crispy don’t mean dehydrated brick. Whatever you do don’t ask for extra crispy wings here. I got a 75 piece that’s pretty much inedible, a complete waste of money smh.

Not the wings we were expecting. It was almost embarrassing as we ordered with a friend from out of town, and picked up our order around 8p. The flavors were decent, but the wings were tiny and overcooked, and there was barely any meat on the drumettes. We ordered the 30-pc combo and for veggies they literally gave us 2 baby carrots and maybe 6 celery sticks. And the bleu cheese dressing was so fluffy it couldn't have been anything but fat. Really. The fries were mostly the crunchy tiny end bits.
