Service is not the same as it was years ago. Downhill. I’ve never seen lemon pepper wet wings look like this. Mind you this was supposed to be crispy… plus the BBQ wings look horrible like the sauce came straight out the jar and not even tossed. The cashier assured me this is what the wings are supposed to look like…. You be the judge. Wondering if this place is under new ownership or if they really just don’t care anymore

Terrible! Placed my order a to go for a chicken tender meal. I arrived home and noticed that my tenders were fried hard, just terrible. Ask the staff/manager about what can be done and said they can't do anything unless you bring the food back and said "we don't want to give you free food". (This is after I've drove all the way home, and they said they're going to throw the food away anyway)!!! I would've been okay if they tried to saving my name/number and correcting my order!!! Unsatisfactory customer service. Use to be a regular, NOT coming back!

I order wings to go from here, and this has to be my favorite wing place in the area. The person who answers the phone is accurate with taking orders, and polite compared to some other places. When I ask for the wings extra crispy, they are cooked to perfection. The brand of blue cheese they use doesn't have a weird aftertaste, and goes great with the hot flavors. I just wish they were open a little later, but that's just because the late night options are scarce in this area. The restaurant could definitely have the atmosphere of a sports bar if they renovated it a little by improving their sit down sitting area. Other than that this place is near perfect.
