Terrible customer service Jojo needs to be trained on how to treat customers after she took drink order had to keep reminding her what drinks I ordered her impression was as if she didn't want to do the job asked for water with lemon she came back with hot tea then before she brought the water she took another customer order also lizzie looks at me and turns her nose up this is unacceptable service i dont recommend this location to anyone won't be back here and they wonder why they don't get tips perhaps try to give the customers what they asked for just sad never again asked for bacon medium its definately like i asked sad

Went there Just morning to pick up my order that I placed online. The order was not ready , the girl who prepared my order seemed to have rushed it. Im not sure what is was but my food must have been been undercooked. Immediately after consuming the food I became very sick started throwing up at work. Constantly vomiting I contacted the health officials as well as Waffle house. Honestly it’s unacceptable when it comes to people health and well being and they are lucky I don’t sue the hell out of them. Be more professional and take care of the customers or shut down if your going to give people bad food to make them sick

I got my food burnt and cold and when I asked to get new grits, because they were cold I got cold grits again. So after I asked for the bill to be readjusted she told me she could not do that. They do not care and won’t fix the issue at this store.

This location was okay.. But the atmosphere was NOT it. As soon as I entered, literally everyone even the few customers eating there stared at me like I was an alien from outer space or something when I literally just got off work that morning, giving me weird looks and no one said good morning to me... And idk if its because I'm not a specific color or something but it seemed kinda racial in my opinion. Idk who the lady was that did my order; either a Supervisor or something... but she seemed rude and when I had placed my order for Take out she threw away my Receipt and never gave me the chocolate waffles I asked for.
The few employees kept staring at me and I felt kind of uncomfortable. I literally got off work from working overnight feeling exhausted with knee pads on. It honestly felt awkward because I'm normally friendly to people but the vibes in this Waffle house wasn't it and the fact they didn't give me everything I ordered... Yeah this will be my first and last.

Great waitress, but the cooks in the back got zero work ethic . Took them 40 mins to bring out my food and gave a table food before me and I got there first . I walked out after my food came out and just paid I couldn’t believe I was waiting that long and my food wasn’t even hot the cheese wasn’t melted at all . Had a bunch of ppl working but took that long… do better at time management .

The first thang I'd like to say is this is the CLEANEST WAFFLE HOUSE I been too. The waitress Mari ?she was very attentive to the way we wanted our order fixed and the cook Lighting was ?the food was GOOD and everything was spot on. The staff including the manager was nice and friendly made it all worth the visit at this location worth it!!! Thxs you ALL ?
