The customer service from Savannah was exceptional, the cook made some of the best food Ive ever tasted from any other Waffle House . I recommend this one over the one by the DMV . They were rude and unprofessional and unorganized.

This waffle house needs to be revamped with new employees. Its not the customer fault that u work there u chose to work there. The attitudes that they have. And they way they put in orders is crazy I came in and a family of 5 came in also I walked in to do a Togo order and they sat down at a table. The cashier finishes my order and proceeds to tell the other waiters let me know when the next person call mind you she finished my order before the table of 5. Why do I have to wait for her to finish there order. She moved on to other things and another waiter started her call also. Im so confused. Finally she called my order. My food comes and she forgot my waffle I come back someone else make my waffle and she sees me sitting there and not ask oh hey did I forget something. She turns around and take the waffle out and ask the other waiters if they had a waffle cooking they told her no it was for her u forgot her waffle she looked and her receipts and saw she forgot it no sorry nothing. They pack my waffle then the girl puts it on the counter and say we aint got no more bags here you go. I don't even know if when I walked out they said have a good day but I didn't have an attitude or anything with them so why have one with me. And I asked for no cheese on my eggs and it cheese on my eggs. Like seriously never going back.

We love this waffle house location. The staff are friendly and woul really take their time to talk to you and making sure you are satisfied. The wait is not long and soo many customers everytime. Tge place is also clean.

Some people don't understand when you get takeout, the food will get cold before arriving at their destination. Especially if your destination is far from the Waffle House. I don't have that issue. And I'm less than 5 miles from my destination.
And if someone is driving far to get their food, that has to be in consideration too. The containers that they have the food in and the plastic bag can only hold for enough time. And if someone's not getting their food quickly, because it's a personal life thing/situation, good or bad, this on the customer,
Some people don't know you can order online and then, pick up your food.
Some people don't understand that time on Wednesday mornings is their busiest time. When the customer arrives, there's a shift change. And that the cook and server are by themselves until the next server comes.
The food is great. All of the staff are nice. They are very accommodating to my needs. It's one of the friendliest spots I come to when I can.
And you want any eggs with your meal, there's a 50¢ upcharge. That's still more affordable than going to any restaurants around here. You know who they are.
If anyone wants a good Waffle House experience, come here.

I just shouldn't have came to Waffle House. The quality is always underwhelming, workers arguing with customers or each other, and not that clean of a place
We had the sweetest sever ever! I understand why there is a little wait time to be seated , because at this waffle house they are welcoming to ALL. Everything was delicious and we will return if we come to this area again.
Terrible customer service Jojo needs to be trained on how to treat customers after she took drink order had to keep reminding her what drinks I ordered her impression was as if she didn't want to do the job asked for water with lemon she came back with hot tea then before she brought the water she took another customer order also lizzie looks at me and turns her nose up this is unacceptable service i dont recommend this location to anyone won't be back here and they wonder why they don't get tips perhaps try to give the customers what they asked for just sad never again asked for bacon medium its definately like i asked sad
