I like this waffle house. My only issue is the waffle. They are always soggy. Even when I ask for it we'll done. It needs to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If they get that right. It would be perfect. Not sure if it's the cook or the machine process.

Too many workers on staff it appeared. Some staff stood around chatting while others worked. A couple of workers seemed to be going off duty and were finishing up eating. They walked thru the cooking area, and one clearly picked his teeth. Unsanitary! It looked to be a decent place with these exceptions.

Phinah stay away from her if you have kids ! I walk in and she greets me and as soon as my sister walks in with my child she starts point at her and says something which I let slide our waitress takes our drink order and as goes back she said something again and is pointing at my child I get up and leave. I confront her like what is your problem with my 3 year old. Our waitress apologizes and agrees this is something common that’s happens with this individual. I received a call from Luis the district manager and apologized and was very professional about the situation which I appreciate.
