Well has the food service industry finally given up. Employees demand better wages but keep offering bad service. If you get my order wrong, don’t argue with me. Fix my order as I am a “paying customer”. It’s not free, right? We already have to deal with guessing what is in our processed foods, now we also have to deal with incompetence from the employees. Managers don’t claim to strive for great and pleasant service as actions speak louder than words. Ask yourselves why people don’t want to spend money. Tips should be expected when at least good service is rendered.

...I checked the bag to make sure everything was there...but I didn't check for quality...my toast was burnt, my Philly meat was burnt...I had 4 forks of hashbrowns...it was takeout n I wasn't going back. The other 2 people said their food was great. Service was great. But dang I was still hungry after having to peel the crust and a layer of bread away.

The only complaint I have is how loud the music was. Service was friendly, fast and very attentive. I would go back to this resturant. Bathrooms was very clean.

Upon arriving at this location, it was very crowded, and busy but we were kindly greeted by the manager Byran. He was very professional and displayed top customer service at its finest, I will definitely recommend this location to others also our waitress Amanda Appeared to be alittle tired but displayed a very professional demeanor and was very attentive to our needs the entire time. Great customer at this location!!Thank you

Cooks were great The service was terrible. The wait staff while short-handed was too busy joking and cutting up to call orders properly. I watched no less than three to go orders get screwed up including my own. It was busy with to-go orders but the restaurant wasn't packed and it wasn't as busy as I've seen a thousand other waffle houses. Unfortunately this was the only place open on Christmas night and the only reason I was out was to get food because we're staying in the hospital and we have surgery tomorrow so can't have anything after midnight options were limited
