I placed an order online with the bakery for my daughter's birthday. I go to pick up her cake and I am waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before I go down the the deli and ask for assistance. I'm told no one is working the bakery. I ask for my cake and get it I look at her cake and I am disgusted and vivid at the same time. Her cake was horrible. The cake was lopsided and the clearly had trouble spelling the message. I had a party to get to and couldn't wait return the cake as I had pre paid for it. I call the store 6 times an request to speak to an associate from the menu and am hung up on EVERY single time. I call the bakery of course no answer. Please do not patronize this bakery as I would hate for someone to go through what I went through yesterday on their child's special day.
