The women do not wear hair nets while cooking and handling food. I had hair in the food.
The saddest part is the manager or DM was here sitting in the tables. Instruct your workers to wear hair nets, it’s part of food safety.
Service is ridiculously slow we waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes then decided to go inside no one was inside but us and it took 5 minutes for someone to take our order !!! If you don’t want to work quit ! We need quality workers out here not lazy ppl with no drive

I was in the drive thru speaker longer than I needed to be also there was a long line of vehicles waiting when they are taking order one car at time. This is unacceptable for fast food and see why many store are closing

Only a short wait for food at the drive-thru and the order was correct.
Very slow employees and ont greet you or even acknowledge that you've been standing there for 15 minutes and still haven't ordered. The two eoe in front of me walked out and then minutes after I realized why. Probably racked u a hefty bi on Lyft cuz my driver was waiting in the parking lot even 1 of the employees said it would probably be quicker in the drive thru line.... The no fast about this fast food joint.

The drive thru attendant, Kya, did not answer the drive thru speaker after having cars wait for over 15 minutes. When folks drove around to place their orders at the window, assuming that the speaker may not have been working, she was very rude to us. She insinuated that she ignored our attempts to get her attention at the speaker because wanted to prioritize door dash pick ups. So many cars in the drive thru line gave up the long wait and left. In short, slow service, and rude attendant.

Upon entering, I saw that the workers were moving slowly and dragging their feet taking orders at the register. Because of this, I went ahead and set up a mobile DINE-IN order and was waiting at the counter for it to be called so I could sit in and eat. Almost 20 minutes passed and I asked about my order. Turns out, they had stuck it in the corner with DoorDash pickups and not said a word as far as calling it out (it was a DINE-IN order after all). When I sat down and took my food out, everything was cold from sitting. This is what happens when these companies hire incompetent high school kids that just want to play around and get paid without actually focusing on the duties of their job. How hard was it to read the top of the order where it clearly said DINE-IN???

The food was just like back in the 80's fast fresh and delicious, you Can't go wrong with the son of the Baconater for just $3 Ooouuu 😋 it was so juicy and delicious, and my chocolate Frosty was Niiiiice and cool
