I went through the drive-thru and they asked me to pull to the side to wait for my order. I sat im my car for more than 20 mins waiting on them to bring my order to the car. My grandson ended up going in to get our order. People who parked and walked in and ordered came out faster than those of us who went through drive-thru.

Saturday October 4th @ 8pm

Wanted to stop by and try the new car make crunch frosty with my meal! The guy at the drive thru claimed they only had chocolate. Guess he didn’t feel like making it! When we asked why they only had chocolate, he laughed and smirked, stating “cause we don’t”. I settled for a 4 for 4, he also claimed they didn’t have BBQ sauce. I asked for ketchup. He didn’t even bother to add it to the bag. Lazy staff. Terrible location.

Go ahead & throw this entire Wendys away. Just bulldoze it seriously. Dined in & my burger was cold. How?! Plenty more mess. The only thing I can say is that it's clean, that's it. Despicable!

I wanted a meal of misfortune. The order taker advised that I couldn't have the meal because the frosty machine didn't work. I asked to switch it out or not have a drink, she tells me NO YOU CAN'T SWITCH OUT THE DRINK BECAUSE IT'S A MEAL AND IT COMES WITH A FROSTY.

If this is Wendy's policy, you're stupid. You'd rather not have a customer get anything than to just switch the drink out of it's not available.

I went to this Wendy's around 10:30 they ignored me at the speaker I had to pull around to the drive thru windows and blow the horn they waited before they came to the window im a manager my self and customer service horrible there you need a new manager at that location everybody who say they are manager or not

You can absolutely bet your food will be cold and wrong... GUARANTEED, We left the house early to get fast food before The fourth of July celebration at Snellville because I needed to add time because I knew the food would be wrong and cold but the kids wanted Wendy's and that's those closest one...I WAS RIGHT, THE PATTIES WERE COLD, THE FRIES WERE COLD AND RUBBERY AND ALL FOOD WASNT IN THE BAG...CLOSE THAT ONE DOWN...

Bald white dude at the window has no common sense. I went inside for my carry-out order and got ignored, even though my food was sitting right there, waiting on fries I’m watching getting handed out to every drive-thru car. Tired of waiting around, I pull through the drive-thru, and now he’s trying to push me out the line, saying my order isn’t ready. I tell him, “It’s right there,” and he still insists it’s not. He disappears, then comes back not even 20 seconds later with the same exact order he claimed wasn’t ready. I don’t know if he’s the manager but he needs to be promoted to fry cook or customer. Just put the fries in the bag my boy.

This store needs management intervention. Since relocating to this new store (only a few miles up the road, Scenic Hwy) my wife and I have visited 3-4 times. Only 1 of the drive throughs provided window service while the others required going to the counter to get help. 3 times the salads of choice were NOT AVAILABLE. The other time the food quality was UNSAT. Lastly, the attitude of the staff serving the counter was offensive and completely lacking of care and customer service. I like the Wendy's product and drive an extra 6 or 11 miles to Wendy's stores who happily serve us with fresh food and attitude.

The drive thru attendant was SCARY 😱 👩🏽‍💻💯 she wasn’t friendly at all so yall might want to switch her to a different shift cause she’s definitely not a morning person!! She had tattoos everywhere and look 👀 unprofessional but that’s yall business! She told me to wait for my food 🥘 so I’m thinking 🤔 it’s gonna be fresh and it was BURNT 🥵 the French toast taste horrible like it was fried in reused grease!!! The potatoes taste alright and the sausage egg croissant 🥐 taste Alright but I thought it came with cheese??🤔 I was scared to drink my tea mixed with pineapple lemonade because of the negative attitude from the employee but yes I was specifically craving this today and was disappointed ☹️!!! Yall need a makeover ASAP!!
