The staff are just horrible and unprofessional. Every single time I come they are too busy socializing or rubber necking looking around. And can’t be bothered to try to be decent. Honestly at this point fire everyone and get new staff this place is ridiculous with the wait times, food and staff. Like I know you’re asking me to pull forward so you don’t get dinged for slow time. But having me wait ten minutes for food? Nah.

The service is so disappointing and disrespectful from the management to the staff. The food was horrible, the chicken sandwich was raw I was told by the young black female manager that yes the fries are cold but the cheese on top was hot all of this after spending 45 dollars on food. I then called to get a number to corporate and was hung up on 3 times. I need to speak with corporate and will not stop until I do.

We were rushing and stopped in. How can a cup of chili have as much meat as an hamburger? Chunks of burger as if they just cut them in half and drop them in the chili. Makes makes me think they just threw this in a pot with seasoning packets. Not to mention undesolved seasoning. My God this is why people have high blood pressure. The staff is ghetto, poor customer service. Waste of money.

Worst Wendy's EVER. I don't expect much from fast food or the workers. But consistently since moving to this area 5 years ago, the workers have terrible attitudes, every visit the food has been old/barely warm. Came here once a few years ago while pregnant, and purchased a kids meal. They gave me double fries instead of nuggets and refused to correct it. Save yourself the headache with this location

I worked for 17 hours got off and felt for Wendy's and it was the worst experience ever. Needless to say I bought 2 meals that both went in the garbage after the encounter. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to today. Last time I will ever buy anything from this or any other Wendy's. I will encourage anyone hungry not to buy from Wendy's
We order breakfast for the family but the staff try to cut out while we want to be order. When they hand out the food not even check with the order just say that is all. We check and have to return cause missing two sandwiches and they not even said sorry or anything. The staff at the door today shows the bad attitude by the face and closing the window so cloud.

I really need to stop coming here. Went today 12/18/24 around 7pm. The crew there was horrible. I asked for blue cheese with my order, they forgot it. They charged me for a large drink when I ordered a small. The girl at the window gave me my bag but turned her head while handing me the bag. What happened to customer service? There is always something wrong when I go but it’s the closest one to my house. I’m not coming back even again this time.
