Im always happy with the service and the food. This is a pretty good consistent restaurant. How ever yesterday the #17th the person at the drive-in window asked if she could keep the change, my meal cost $ 32.00. I gave her a $ 50. I said no but she just stood there as if I would change my mind. I was shocked that someone was panhandleing while at work. I shouldn't have to deal with this as I was worried she might mess with my food and the first time I felt that I needed to count my change. I hope it doesn't happen again.

This location advertises 24 hours, but I was turned away at midnight because they were “closed for cleaning.” Meanwhile, there were multiple employees sitting in the dining area on their phones. If you’re not actually open 24/7, update the hours. Don’t claim to be open all night and then close early without notice. Really frustrating experience.

He had a great and pleasant attitude and helped my family with everything we needed, as well as checking with other customers in the dining room. Best customer service I have experienced in a while. The food was tasty, quick, and everyone was so friendly!
I had a grilled cheese added all the veggies and some of their special sauce with fries a cookie and a drink for the kids meal. Great service is the closest one to my house I used to go all the time when I live near Florida so I'll be back.

12/2025 - First time at this location. Order taken quickly and served shortly after we sat down with drinks. Only issue was wrong topping (mustard) added on burger with requested toppings of bbq, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato. Luckily, the bbq was stronger taste or would have taken back. Fries were crisp and hot. Employees pleasant and unusual they come to table with additional condiments on a tray (nice feature).

It took half an hour to get our food and me and my mom got food poisoning. I don’t know if they were in a rush to get home for Christmas Eve, but i don’t now recommend going.

So I frequent this Whataburger quite often, and normally it's pretty good, although the wait time is too long, but today was different. The guy who was making the drinks had on gloves, but was also handling money. My wife requested that he washes his hands and to change his gloves. The manager seemed to have had a problem with this, and chose to give us our money back. Big mistake. You don't dismiss a customer because what she asked, was the right thing to do, now you just lost a customer. Peace!
