My experience during my visit today, which was extremely disappointing. Despite there being four employees and a manager on duty, the lobby was in unacceptable condition. Tables were dirty, and there were food particles all over the floor. Meanwhile, the manager was sitting at a table eating in the back, rather than addressing the mess or ensuring proper oversight of the team.
I also had an issue with the Dr. Pepper from the soda fountain. It had no carbonation and tasted watery. I politely brought this to the teams attention, and the manager poured some into her own cup, stating, “It’s working.” When I explained again that it lacked carbonation, she responded that she couldn’t do anything about it and would have to place a request. She offered no apology, resolution, or further response.
To make matters worse, I observed the cashier and another staff member in the back both using their cell phones during this time. It gave the impression that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority.
Lastly, I suggest placing a trash can in the lobby area for customers it’s a small step that could help keep the space cleaner.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, inattentive service, and dismissive management made for a very poor experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've encountered, with equally unprofessional staff. There's no sense of apology, respect, or appreciation shown to customers. They act as if they're the only ones who work hard or get tired, and their only concern seems to be making money. To top it off, I found feathers in their chicken wings

I ordered a meal and they would still not give me any ranch dressing after asking . tried to charge me $1.50 for ranch dressing. straight up ridiculous. And the fries were terrible. They can keep their trash food. I will never buy Wingstop again because of that
