Terrible service. Will not go back. I was actually about to go back and remembered how awful the service was last time I went to this location and changed my mind. It was so bad I just wrote this review having not been to this location in several months after recalling my last experience.

Employees are not taking orders in person, and they disabled online ordering as well and it’s only 9pm. Worst wing stop I have ever visited. Highly recommend everyone to not come here.

I will not be coming to this wingstop again. The customer service and quality was absolutely rude. The guy who took my order over the phone seemed very annoyed and was honestly tired of taking my order. when I got there, I had to quit and wait an hour and 30 minutes before getting my food when I had called ahead 30 minutes before leaving my house to avoid this. The girl at the counter taking an order gave me a disgusted look as if it was my fault, my food wasn’t already being prepared. None of the staff were working. Loud music was being played and tiktoks being made. They had got a previous guys order wrong which prompted me to check mines. Unfortunately, my order was wrong as well. My wings were quite overcooked and not sauced well. I refuse to come back to this location when I pay for quality service and in return get horrible service.

TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a 75 count of wings that’s is supposed to come with fries and received NONE of my of fries. When i went BACK to the wing stop they asked for proof of not receiving my fries. WHAT PROOF IS THERE TO SHOW IF THERE ARE NO FRIES.Asked the employee who gave me my order if everything was there and they said yes so employees should probably be more focused on doing their job.They tried to refuse to give me my fries cuz they had to see that i never received them but this wouldn’t have happened if employees knew how to do their job right.how do you forget 2 orders of fries.get it together. Did end up receiving my fries after a lot of back n forth being there for 15 minutes.
I love the food. Everything is always delicious. The staff is okay. It's hard to say anything negative about the staff because this place stays busy which means stress for the staff trying to please everyone. Can't please everyone which makes the atmosphere rough. The customers are rude at times and never satisfied. This kills the vibe. The only other issue is this place is so small and always crowded.
Ordered online. Even on a slow day, the order took longer than promised. When we opened the order we discovered we were missing 5 wings. Called the store to report the shortage. The manager said I had to bring the order back to the store to get a credit or the missing wings, meaning nobody could eat until the manager was satisfied. I don't know if this is just a lousy company policy or somebody's way of avoiding responsibility but it is guaranteed to lose my business.

I had a bad experience with the consumer service at the Wing Stop on Senic Highway. I ordered $108 worth of food, but when it was delivered, I noticed that my 30-piece wings were missing. I informed the delivery driver, who told me that was all they picked up from the store. I called the store to report my missing order, and a woman answered the phone. She told me that they were busy and that I needed to speak with a manager. I decided to go to the store to sort out the issue.When I arrived, I told the cashier what had happened, and she pointed me towards the manager (an African descent man). I explained the situation to him, but he was dismissive and tried to blame someone else for the mix-up. He took down my name and order number and said he would review the camera footage and contact the delivery driver. While he did that, I waited in the store.Another employee (a young man with locs) came out from the back of the store to assist the manager. He didn't speak to me but went to the cashier to pull up my online order. He printed out a receipt and brought it to the manager. The manager then approached me and questioned me like I was trying to scam them. He lectured me on how deliveries work and said he was doing me a favor by just giving me the 30 wings I was missing (even though I had paid for them). The young man then came out and said that I was lying, but I showed him my receipt to prove that I wasn't. He asked me to point to the name on the receipt, which I did, and then he started to put my order together. I told him that I only needed what was missing, which was worth $60 of my order. Throughout the entire exchange, I didn't receive an apology or any understanding from the staff at Wing Stop.
