Its carzy i just walked out of the wingstop on scenic highway and came to the one on Centerville, night and day, customer service was on point. Food was done quickly. Custom service is great. They need to train the people on scenic highway.

They were fast and friendly! I actually received a FULL order of fries that weren't soggy! My wings were fried perfect and crispy even my soda was crispy lol not flat. Please keep this great service up ! The other locations weren't this great. I would of added a photo of how perfectly placed everything was in was so shocked when I opened the bag even after whipping around those corners to get home! Yaw did so good I was impressed

My brother and grandson got the boneless wing special. I didnât want any of that but I did want the ranch and sticks. Why are you serving these water logged vegetables. I feel like nowadays these folks in these restaurants will pass anything out in a to go bag. Itâs sad.

I ordered the 20 piece combo with fries 10 traditional Lemon Pepper well done, 10 boneless, and fries. I specifically requested both the wings and fries to be well done. When I checked my food before leaving, the wings were not well done. I told the cashier, and she took them back. The cooked wanted to get out correct and I was trying to tell him however the other employees was trying to talk to him so he came up front. I told him the 10 traditional was suppose to be well done like crispy. He said ok I got you. Then another employee Ms. Jackson came up and asked, âwhat are you missing?â I told her I wasnât missing anything and I explained again that my wings werenât cooked well done. Instead of fixing the issue, she began arguing with me. She started printing off receipts saying yea that was fries well done not wings. I told her Iâm not going to argue with u I just want my food so I can go. She kept going I then said I donât know why you came up here any way when itâs already being handled she states Iâm just doing my job. I told her she shouldnât be arguing with a customer just leave it alone at this point sheâs very hostile and another girl she was short dark skin came pulled her and said leave it alone and at the one who was pulling her back asked me if I wanted to fight. I told her I donât fight. The young men said just stop and fix her food. The shift supervisor then approached me saying he apologize and gave me my wings. He was trying to have me do a survey at point I felt completely unsafe do to the hostile environment and the tall slim build brown skin gentleman about 5â 11â - 6 feet came from the back stated just because you a female we donât care we will handle you. This experience was unprofessional, hostile, and threatening. A restaurant that hasnât even been open 60 days should be focused on good customer service, not arguing with paying customers or making them feel unsafe. All I wanted was my food prepared as I ordered it. I will be filing a complaint about this location. Management and corporate need to address staff behavior immediately. And filing a police report due to a gentleman stating just because youâre a female we will handle you. Mind you Iâm a black female with a broken wrist that in a cask how can I defend myself

The food meets the standard, the staff provides excellent customer service, and the store is clean and welcoming!!
So it just opened and I was one of the first customers there the atmosphere is so positive great energy, The food was great. I even got a Diet Coke!! The service was amazing. Guadalupe that attended me literally made my day. Iâll come again or Iâll be a regular trust!!! (By the way The food is literally fresh TOO)

Says open but place is not open for business. Number is invalid. I placed an order online and my payment was processed and completed. When I arrived to the store, they were closed because itâs still in renovating phase. SMH ! I want my money back !!!!!!!
