WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Ordered a beyond burger double cheese combo. The beyond patties were small a** hell. There was a giant piece of Lettuce core on the burger. So much salt was dumped on the patties. Bun was hard and dry. My fries smelled like fried chicken. I don't eat meat so I couldn't eat the fries. The condiments at this location are guarded like it's gold. Soda machine spit half the Minute Maid syrup on my hand and all over the cup. My drink tasted like water. They also guard all the cups. The Dacula location is way better than this one. It's 2025, stop giving these poorly managed businesses your money. This is my 1st and last time going to this place.

Just placed and picked up my order & boy oh boy!!! These wings are too dry and way too small…look like they killed the baby chicks for these wings. The fried rice is a good portion so I’ll give them but these wings aren’t worth the price!

They filled my burger up with lettuce and the lettuce in the picture isn’t including the lettuce that’s still on the burger I paid for small onion rings they gave me onion rings that taste like they’re out of a pack from Walmart when you bite into it it’s literally not even an onion in the middle is some type of gooey substance any other location they give you real onion rings not this fake bs

I asked for mixed flavors like I always get from other WnB’s around and got two separate flavors, not mixed. I asked a couple of times just to make sure she understood too. Still wrong.

Hole in the wall feel, but a great burger. Even the single is a good size if you just want a good sized burger. Fries were good and crispy. No complaints at all.

I order the 10 piece traditional wings. Wings were very small and too crispy. Wings were crunchy like a potato chip. Not worth the prices they're charging!

Food was incredible. Customer service was non existent and uninviting. The cashier didn't even respond when I said hello or bother to greet me. I asked for my order for dine in she put it in To go packaging. Didn't offer any assistance for condiments or anything. She just sat behind the counter on her phone the entire time.

My new favorite Wing spot! I haven't tried the other foods but I do know these wings are ??? and they are better priced, CLEAN, and fast, and CLEAN. The other guys (??)might loose business if people find out about

ZERO STARS!! The customer service sucks here on top of them over charging for food. I ordered a chicken Philly here that just comes with chicken chunks and cheese not even chicken chopped like a traditional chicken Philly. I was charged an additional $1 to add green peppers and jalapeños. If you patron any of the similar businesses in this area every single one offers traditional toppings for free!. If you want to experience Upcharge after upcharge for mediocre food dine here.
