Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I originally wrote my review about being charged for $3 cup of ice but after talking to a young lady that works at a restaurant I realized it’s not the employees fault. And honestly I have a good experience when I usually go here. But if you’re from corporate and reading this charging people $2 for a small cup of ice is next level greed.

Staff at this location are extremely rude. Ordered online and had to wait on the curb for 30 minutes while 5 cars behind me got their food and left. Staff locked the door and were trying to close early. After getting the order we had to go back around bc they missed part of the order and the staff was extremely argumentative.

Terrible customer service from management and staff ! They just don’t seem to care. Briana took my order and I believe something was wrong with the headset because she kept asking me to repeat myself with an attitude. Alyssa the manager was even worse slammed a window in my face after getting my order wrong. It’s management on down the line. Don’t come here.

Lovely, as always, I had to go here after the worst experience I've ever had at Raisin Canes.

I go to this location often. The team here is pretty good. Today I had an issue with my online order the manager Alyssa fixed everything! She was so nice and helpful!

I was in this place, I ordered 4 orders of food, I asked for extra sauces, they charged me 25 cents each and in the end they didn't give them to me. When I complained, one of the workers got angry and told me that I had to pay again when I had already paid. I showed her the receipt and she didn't want to give them to me. I really had a very bad experience with the workers at this place. The boss needs to teach his workers manners because they are not kind.

Drive Thur at 9:20 took around 20 mins my food was terrible. Fries soaked in oil, Coleslaw was spoiled, I took a bite and threw it up. I couldn't even take a bite from the chicken at this point, I was done! We threw it to the dogs!

This place would have benefited from a good cleaning. Looking at the grime on the floor the chair legs and table feet spoils the appetite. Do better!

Can yall ease up on the salt! Lawd have mercy if I need to raise my sodium levels, I will know where to go. The food can be good with out so much salt. Please reduce the heavy handedness on the salt.
