My family and I came into this Zaxby's super hungry and also had a little chaos when ordering. The cashier Lana (I hope I spelled that right) was super nice and understanding! Also the food was great!

My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with our experience,service and food! The service was really fast and really clean...yes the bathrooms included. Great job Zaxbys!!

Currently standing at the front counter writing this review. Been standing here listening to the employees enjoy themselves in the back while I've been waiting for someone to acknowledge me for service for about 7 minutes. There is only one other person here on a Monday, i don't see why there is such a delay. I came here yesterday and waited for about 30 mins for the same issue. I am definitely filling out their survey and will make sure to mention the terrible experiences i have had the past few times i have been here. Do not come to this location. No regard for customer service.

This store has no integrity. They offer kids meals at a low price but give the worst service and not what the meal includes. I ordered am adult meal with my kids meal abd dint half the stuff that should have came with it and didnt get half the sstuff the kids meals are supposed to come with.

Slow service, not prepared for lunch time. Manager walked off to the back in the middle of order when employee asked him a question, 20 min wait on salad.

No one was up front to take care of the customers. The employee kept looking through the window from the kitchen telling me to hold on someone will be up there. I waited 15 minutes before an employee came from outside to take care of the register. Their drink machine never seem to have all the flavors available either. Poor customer service and unorganized.
