The portion size for white cheddar bites is ridiculous and I didn’t even get the ranch sauce.
Food ok, but i was have stomach problems after eating or drinking the strawberry lemonade.

Love the Staff. Especially Tabitha and Sandy, they are the most sweetest ladies ever. They are pleasant and always get my order right! They need a raise and a paid vacation.. they are hard workers.??

My food was really good. Easy to order. Nice staff. Fries could've been cooked a little longer. Taco was messy but had alot of sauce. Taco combo expensive for 3 tenders.

I ordered a large fry just as simple as can be…and got a total of 12 fries in a box. How can you even mess that up.

This location is horrible. I have given several opportunities to prove me wrong, but this zaxbys just cant get it right. The chicken was tough and dry, the fries were cold and the dining room is often Closed. I specifically asked for fresh food and was lied to by the cashier.

This Zaxby's has given my mobile order away and also takes at least 10-15 minutes every time I do curbside on the app. Some of the workers are rude when you ask for something and sometimes don't even acknowledge you. Zaxby's can and should do better at this location.

It seems like every time I have come to this location they are never busy, yet they still take over 10 minutes to bring you your food in the drive thru. A salad should not take over 10 minutes to prepare. Getting a little ridiculous with the quality of service declining.

The experience was not a great one, the REPRESENATIVE was lacking in customer service skills and the wait was long. The food was sloppy at best, specifically the salad we ordered was not anything as it should be from presentation to it being edible. I meant to take picture of it but was just so disappointed in the overall experience found it pointless. Won't be going again!!!
Definitely need to always check your meal before you leave. Cause it’s never correct. The staff is always playing around and goofing off.

Window attendant Nova if I remember correctly was nice and fast. Made sure I had everything I had in the bag. Please keep her around because the service is sometimes lacking and I love coming here.
