Every time I go, there's always something messed up with the order im forgotten about, or the service just sucks don't know what is happening there, but it isn't enjoyable if over 3 times I visit in the year something goes wrong

I go to this Zaxby’s all the time!!! I just ordered a salad with 2 nibblers!! My salad was not right!! I’m mad but I’m ok with it!! I got EXTRA chicken…this was a regular salad!! That I received smh

The website says they are open until 10:30 today, but I went at 9:24 and they were closed. Not even 10:00PM! Why??

Man... how disappointing. I bought 2 signature sandwich meals and it cost me $21.00. This meal came with 11 fries and I had less in mines. I didn't actually count it but you get the point. I ordered ours sandwiches spicy. Let me tell ya...the chicken was dry, they barely had sauce on it. When I placed the order, they quoted me a price. The young took my card to charge it and someone else wanted to confirm I ordered 2 meals. Look at the price I paid. They told me it was cooked to order but the fries was room temp and the chicken wasn't piping hot. I don't even eat chicken like that so, I was expecting it to be great. It use to be. Anyway, the service was okay but it wasn't worth the money. I won't be returning to this location. Now, I know why it's always empty here.

I was in line for 20 minutes, only to later discover that I received half of my order. I had to drive back and wait another 10 minutes
only to get cold food.

This Zaxby’s has one of the slowest drive-thrus I’ve ever been to. I waited way too long for my order, only to receive cold, old food that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Definitely not fresh, and definitely not worth the time or money. Very disappointing experience.

Customer service here is AWFUL. The kids they have working were on their phones (with headphones in), ignoring customers while grouped up having casual conversation with each other, and acted as though they did not want to be there. You’d feel as though you’re bothering them by just walking up to the counter. This location needs to clean house and just start over with new employees who actually have initiative about themselves.
