I am so upset with this particular zaxbys I just came from there 8:20 I asked for a 10 piece boneless wings and a grilled chicken flea and I wanted it to be cut up. When I have received my order the worker had an attitude. Once I got home to eat my food it was a complete mess we all know with the boneless wing mean you get one piece of bread and fries all I got was my wings and some were the traditional wings too. And the flea market was not cut up like I wanted. I hate to leave a bad review but I’m really hungry and upset.

I pulled up to the order box 15 minutes before closing. Waited for a minute or two and no one answered. I drove around to the window to place my order there and I was told they were no longer serving food. I called the store immediately thereafter to voice my displeasure and the manager on shift actually hung up the phone. The epitome of lazy. My first and last time going to this location.

Out of 3 times visiting we Always have to pull up & park when ordering drive thru then they give limited cold portions of fries because there's so many other ppl also waiting in the parking lot from the drive thru. Be aware & just go inside drive thru is guaranteed to be a 30-45mins wait just for a big zax snack meal, complete waste of time

Was told they couldn’t take orders (at the drive thru) and they could only accept online orders to be picked up at the drive thru. Don’t know how true this is tbh considering it’s Halloween night. Either way every time I come here they make us wait forever or the food is cold and old.

Very disappointed, I pulled up at 520 and ordered a sandwich and a fry. Was immediately told to pull I to a spot to wait for my food. Three other cars came after me and got there food while I sat and waited. By this time it's 545. There is no way possible it takes that long for a sandwich and fries to b made. And everyone else gets there food before me that came after me. I was told there was no wait but clearly there was. The manager brought my food out and it was wrong and when I told her it was wrong she gave me attitude took the food and I waited an additional five minutes before she came back out with it and it was still wrong. I went into the store and everyone was standing around talking and laughing. This is unacceptable. There is no reason why I should have waited this long for my food and for it to be wrong and to catch attitude from the MANAGER. Ridiculous. And there was no apology or anything from the manager. Came at 20 and didn't leave u til 550.
