Went Halloween, a little after 5. The store was NOT crowded. The scarecrow is lacking some serious Customer Service skills. She never smiled. We were not acknowledged, my granddaughter just started placing her order. She did not get our name, nor give us a number stand. We got the drink in a timely manner but I waited at pickup counter for a cookie & Oreo Bar. I thought she was in back making it. She came from the back & started taking other orders & filling those orders. She never acknowledged that I was at the counter waiting. I finally had to ask how much longer on the cookie & Oreo. She said "Right now," got them out of the case & gave to me. Never smiled nor apologized for delay. Sad that I tipped for this poor service. There were a few more customers by this time but nothing extreme. Not like they were Lined out the door or anything.

We visited here on unicorn/dino day and the staff was so amazing and sweet! I was being a kid at heart and asked if they had glitter for my iced coffee & they were so excited I even asked! They were making special cupcakes for the kids & kept doubting their work but everything was so cute! Honestly it was total chaos but they handled it so well! We are new to this location but will be back!

I wasn’t impressed. The girls working weren’t standing up front and were too busy talking. When she finally walked up, she didn’t say anything. I was the first to say hello. One and done!

The most unfriendly employees I’ve experienced in a private owned establishment who should thrive on customer care in order to keep customers returning.
Visited on a Sunday morning, service, food, and atmosphere were great. The coffee options are very good, tried the tuxedo and wife had the mocha. The sausage, egg & cheese croissant was excellent. Croissant was fresh baked. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Orders were complete and served quickly. Worth the trip from north Atlanta.
Maybe expand the menu to add a ham, egg, and cheese croissant?

I placed my order for pickup at 1105am. I showed up around 1125am to pick it up. The order hadn't even been started. Nobody looked at the ticket. It wasn't even busy. Then they didn't have a food item I ordered. Then we waited another 15 minutes for them to make the order. The food was good. The service was not good. And I'm disappointed I already tipped online to get this kind of service. Won't be back.

I have been making special out of the way trips to this bakery because I found some items that I really like. The staff appears to be very young and not very well trained. Once I ordered a sandwich on rye bread and it came on a croissant. The person didn't know they don't have rye. Multiple times I went to get a sandwich with potato salad on the side and 3 out otmf 5 times they had none.
The last time I went, I ordered a sandwich on a croissant, potato salad side, and slice of strawberry cheesecake. I walked out with my bag and, when I looked in the bag I found that I had received a side of pasta salad instead of potato salad and no cheesecake. I walked back in, was informed there was no potato salad, and was given a piece of strawberry cheesecake that was maybe 2 inches wide at the widest part.
I got in the car and, when I opened the sandwich, the croissant was so dry that I had to peel the outer edges away to eat it. The strawberries on the cheesecake were shriveled and the cheesecake was so dry it was hard to get it unstuck from the fork to eat it. I rarely write reviews at all and am not a picky eater, but to pay close to $20 for a sandwich, small side, and tiny piece of pie is very disappointing. I like the taste of the sandwich and love the potato salad, but will not go back after repeated disappointments.

Strongly recommend the pastries - perhaps the best cannoli I've ever had. Coffee shops are my favorite places for good lunch so I also ordered the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. Though the flavor was good, I was extremely disappointed by the size. It was an $8 sandwich, and was literally 2"x3" with about 1 piece of turkey on it...not at all what I was expecting, especially given the menu photos, and did not satisfy my hunger or protein needs after a 60mi bike ride!
Come for the pastries and atmosphere, but would recommend asking about sandwich sizes before ordering.

We like to try different places for breakfast each Saturday. We tried here. Was a mistake. The sausage was not even cooked. It was just warm. And the price!! Two 6oz drinks were 2.50 each! And how do you go from your sandwiches and drinks equaling 23.00 to a total of 28.00? I have never paid a 5.00 tax.
We just used Bread and Butter in Social Circle to cater our daughter’s graduation party and had a wonderful experience. The owner and I met before the event and we came up signature drinks for each of the graduates we were celebrating. The espresso cart was set up and ready to go before our event and our barista was friendly and efficient. Everyone loved getting a made to order latte/coffee ( iced or hot and offered several flavors and milk options). Our barista even offered milk to some of our smaller guest who didn’t drink coffee which was thoughtful and appreciated. I was already a fan of the coffee shop but would definitely use the espresso cart again at an event!

We used to enjoy coming here when it opened but the place has really gone downhill. Took over half an hour for my wife to get a cup of coffee and they weren’t even busy. Won’t be back.
