When you charge $16.44 for a burger fries and a drink, I kinda expect my burger to have the lettuce and tomato on it that I ordered. The receipt shows add lettuce and tomato, but the burger had none.

Lot better than it used to be.drive thru is alil slow but not bad the food is always hot and fresh.

Y'all gave me fried wings without the sauce I said I wanted hot wings not fried chicken my order was all wrong and I ask for dipping sauce and did not put none in the bag do better checkers or I won't be back

The food was on par for a fast food restaurant, but the young lady that helped me today was professional, kind, and timely. This location, prior to the remodel, was terrible. The new staff is much improved, well, at least the lady at the drive through window.

The young lady at the drive through taking orders was rude and would not listen to me when I told her I was missing wings. She blew me off. I was missing a 5 piece wing, a large fries and got nasty garlic Parmesan fries instead of the ordered fully loaded fries. So basically this location stole $20 from me as I never got what I ordered!

I decided to give Checkers another chance after a few mishaps with our first two visits, and was blown away by the difference! They are under new management and she is doing a fantastic job. My food was hot and fresh and delicious. Kim and the manager were both super friendly and kind. Give them another try if you haven't been satisfied since their reopening! They really are turning things around and making Checkers a more pleasant and positive experience!

Haven’t been since they reopened but the food was great, every thing was prepared correctly & fresh ! The lady in the drive through was so friendly and curteous which is hard to come by a lot in fast food! I would definitely recommend this location again!

They need to shut this checkers back down I order some food three times the spicy chicken was cooked way to hard I could have busted a window out with it and it took 40 minutes to get my order then the next time I went up there to place my order the worker was gone somewhere nobody was at the checkers with the back door standing wide open they need some better worker on the shift

My father was disrespected by one of the female workers today

Very rude, bad customers and didn’t want to take my order. This place should be shut down im calling corporate every week and sending videos cause they are horrible please don’t go there

I went here all my lunch break. As I have a few times being as close to my work. This particular day a few weeks ago I went inside because they had a few more cars in the drive-thru than usual. I went in and wasn't greeted promptly, but I didn't pay any attention to it because they were somewhat busy-ish. But when I finally came time to taking my order I did place my order and went to wait patiently. I'm guessing one of them employees started making my order and the manager I overheard saying "he can F'n wait. Drive-thru orders are first! He can F'n Wait. ? If this is how your managers teach their regular hourly employees to act then I would expect that the same behavior would come from them as well. Not very pleased with this location at all anymore

Have good service just about all the time, with a few exceptions. A little more training with the staff and

TERRIBLE!!!! Just terrible got my order wrong THREE times, very unprofessional with the slick remarks & laughs… I definitely won’t be spending my Money here anymore!

Update: 03/22/23 gave them another try. I’ll pass.
