I ordered 22$ worth of food in the drive thru. I paid they told me to pull around front and they would bring it out. After sitting out front for 15 minutes and watching multiple people receive their food, I went inside and asked if my order was ready. They had completely forgotten about it and started making it then. Once my food was done they decided to show a new employee how to wrap my sandwiches knowing I had been waiting and delaying the process even longer. Both small fries were missing from the order. The whole process took over 30 mins to get 22$ worth of food. They weren’t even busy I was the only car in the drive thru. After I finally got my food one of the employees said I’m going on break. You can’t handle one customer and you’re taking a break? Nobody said sorry or offered anything for my wait. They played on there phones and acted like everything was good. Sorry excuse for service and respect for your customers!!! I won’t be back. Hopefully this one closes down to.

Tonight I witnessed a very disgusting attitude from the girl that was running the drive thru Dedra. While an older male customer who had been waiting on his order was waiting for his order for quite some time, she decided to be rude, disrespectful & plain out unprofessional towards him about his drinks. She literally mocked him, right there in the front of the restaurant. Other customers in the store waiting for their food as well & witnessed her mocking the older gentleman. After hearing from another customer, apparently this ain’t the first time it’s happened either.. yet she’s still employed?!?? Is that really the impression Checkers wants to portray or is it something corporate isn’t aware of??

On the other hand, the other two employees (William & Amberley) that were actively working their behinds off during the rush went out of their way to make the terrible situation with Dedra right with the man. Give them 2 hard workers a raise, they deserve it!

there was a young lady by the name DEDRA, being rude to multiple customers, not giving correct food, and even mocked a customer. she cursed while taking 2 separate orders. she needs to be fired. other 2 employees on staff were very understanding!

I was at the store

When you charge $16.44 for a burger fries and a drink, I kinda expect my burger to have the lettuce and tomato on it that I ordered. The receipt shows add lettuce and tomato, but the burger had none.

Lot better than it used to be.drive thru is alil slow but not bad the food is always hot and fresh.

Y'all gave me fried wings without the sauce I said I wanted hot wings not fried chicken my order was all wrong and I ask for dipping sauce and did not put none in the bag do better checkers or I won't be back

The food was on par for a fast food restaurant, but the young lady that helped me today was professional, kind, and timely. This location, prior to the remodel, was terrible. The new staff is much improved, well, at least the lady at the drive through window.

The young lady at the drive through taking orders was rude and would not listen to me when I told her I was missing wings. She blew me off. I was missing a 5 piece wing, a large fries and got nasty garlic Parmesan fries instead of the ordered fully loaded fries. So basically this location stole $20 from me as I never got what I ordered!

I decided to give Checkers another chance after a few mishaps with our first two visits, and was blown away by the difference! They are under new management and she is doing a fantastic job. My food was hot and fresh and delicious. Kim and the manager were both super friendly and kind. Give them another try if you haven't been satisfied since their reopening! They really are turning things around and making Checkers a more pleasant and positive experience!

Haven’t been since they reopened but the food was great, every thing was prepared correctly & fresh ! The lady in the drive through was so friendly and curteous which is hard to come by a lot in fast food! I would definitely recommend this location again!

They need to shut this checkers back down I order some food three times the spicy chicken was cooked way to hard I could have busted a window out with it and it took 40 minutes to get my order then the next time I went up there to place my order the worker was gone somewhere nobody was at the checkers with the back door standing wide open they need some better worker on the shift
