They completely messed up our order. We ordered online so the ticket was clearly printed for them to see how the sandwiches should’ve been made and it was only two sandwiches there was no avocado on mine and the sauces we chose were put on the wrong sandwiches and the toppings were on the wrong sandwiches as well. They were made completely backwards to what we ordered and there was no way we could move a couple toppings around to fix their mistakes bc the sandwiches were such a mess and the sauces were covering the meats and toppings and we got different meats. So we had to drive back there to get them to remake it. I could understand if it was a simple mistake or a huge order but our food came out a completely disaster.

Ordered a foot long Monster on flatbread. Employee made sandwich incorrectly only added one portion of meat and when I confronted them saying that it didn’t look right for a footlong the employee got an attitude with me and said it was correct …. I asked where the bacon was and they silently went over got bacon heated it up separately and then put it on the sandwich. They didn’t charge me for the footlong but that’s not really the point. I ordered what I wanted and while making it I tried to speak up so they could fix it but nope they insisted on making it incorrectly and then charged me for a 6”. Would not recommend this subway if you wanna get what you order.

One of those “old” nasty Subways.Eaten there 3-4 times and always kinda had a gross feeling to it.Walked in tonight at 8:41 (Closes at 9:00)Told me “we are starting to close”Turned me away. Wouldn’t make a sandwichJust make your hours until 8:40.

I walked in store and a short lady was arguing with another employee. She was cussing at him in front of me. Then tells him yo shut up because they have a customer. She was behind the counter while saying this and then just walks off not helping me or anything. I don't think I'll be going back with that kind of atmosphere. Subway hire better mannered people to work. That's rediculous

They were closed yesterday afternoon 2/5. Walked in and an employee was just sitting down in the lobby and said she couldn’t take no orders because the registers were “UPDATING”

I will never go back to this subway again in social circle because the vibe the young black guy got in there is very disrespectful. If something is not done soon y’all gonna lose business just by him alone because I have heard others talking about him and his attitude in the gas station next door. When we went he wouldn’t make eye contact was just putting off the vibe that we were bothering him and he slung the food on the counter after bagging it and just had a attitude the whole time while we were being polite to him.
