Never had lettuce for sandwiches. Bring your own. I personally think that if your going to pay that much money for these sandwiches you should at least get what you want on your sandwich !!!!

I walked in at 8:50 pm and the young white girl said she couldn't make my sandwich. I asked why because I still had 10 minutes and she said she wouldn't have enough time. It doesn't matter how much time until the store closes is the store is open when I walk in they can't refuse my service.

Online order and it took over 2 hours to get the sandwiches. Never enough staff. Would have better driving elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Two teen workers were sitting down and look so annoyed they had a customer. They literally mumbled at me through my whole order, looked at me sarcastically if I asked a question and frowned repeatedly. Because of their demeanor, I tried to be extra jovial and they were still not having it. The sandwiches I ordered had little substance and drenched with sauce 🤢. I got my drink and when I went back to the counter the teen guy was making a huge sandwich for himself. So they do know how to make them, they just intentionally went super frugal on our order

They completely messed up our order. We ordered online so the ticket was clearly printed for them to see how the sandwiches should’ve been made and it was only two sandwiches there was no avocado on mine and the sauces we chose were put on the wrong sandwiches and the toppings were on the wrong sandwiches as well. They were made completely backwards to what we ordered and there was no way we could move a couple toppings around to fix their mistakes bc the sandwiches were such a mess and the sauces were covering the meats and toppings and we got different meats. So we had to drive back there to get them to remake it. I could understand if it was a simple mistake or a huge order but our food came out a completely disaster.

Ordered a foot long Monster on flatbread. Employee made sandwich incorrectly only added one portion of meat and when I confronted them saying that it didn’t look right for a footlong the employee got an attitude with me and said it was correct …. I asked where the bacon was and they silently went over got bacon heated it up separately and then put it on the sandwich. They didn’t charge me for the footlong but that’s not really the point. I ordered what I wanted and while making it I tried to speak up so they could fix it but nope they insisted on making it incorrectly and then charged me for a 6”. Would not recommend this subway if you wanna get what you order.
