We have been to this WF location several times. We have gone in to them telling us it's going to be awhile before they can take our order, not a clean table in the restaurant and tonight the waitress brought us drinks and then she went home. We sat there 45 minutes before our order was taken. The food was OK but not right. It will be our last time eating there.

Went there at 1am with 6 people. When we got there it was 3 workers 2 waitresses and a cook. We were the only ones there everyone was sitting around doing nothing. Every table was covered in food a dirty dishes we had to move some to sit down. After waiting several minutes for a waitress to approach us we gave our order. We got our food a good 20 minutes later as the other employees did nothing. In this 20 minutes we had no drink. After we got our food we then asked for our drinks which were forgotten. Had to walk up and get our own condiments because waitress was slow and unreliable. After we finished our drinks in short order we then didn’t get any re fills for the next 15 minutes and had to walk up to the counter and ask across the barrier for a refill. This location has the worst night crew ever besides a cook named Dorian. Please don’t go here during night until management changes things.

I went there at 1 am to grab a bite to go. I ordered a cheese burger off the limited menu, paid $7 after watching the lady talk the entire time on her cell phone while making my burger and when she was finished she wrapped in a sandwich paper and handed to me, the burger fit in my hand and I could close my hand tight, so a small burger for $7 , I will never go back there.

If I could give this location zero stars I would, you have to wait for an hour to get your food and the management is trash they don’t care, they break eeo laws they’ll rather hire teenagers on the spot who have no clue what they’re doing and have no work experience then adults with 5-10 years of experience who can work circles around the teens. if you go to an interview and they say “talk to kenny” then know that they aren’t moving forward with you and hired teens instead. Kenny probably isn’t even a real guy.

Dear Waffle House Corporate,

I must admit, this was the absolute worst experience I've had at any Waffle House. My spouse and I visited on Saturday at around 1:30 PM. Despite there being more than six waitresses on staff and only three other customers in the restaurant, we waited over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or taking our order.

There was one African American waitress by the name of Shinki who, based on the reactions of the staff, seemed to be assigned to our table who completely ignored us. She spent her time cleaning tables near us without speaking to or assisting us. When I finally asked who our server was, all the staff looked at her. She glanced at us and casually asked, "What do you need?" This response felt unprofessional and dismissive.

As an African-American myself, along with my spouse, we were especially shocked by her rude and disrespectful behavior. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot understand why we were treated this way.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from corporate could reach out to me regarding this matter.
