Glad it closed. Unless you wanted to wait 20 minutes for cold food, this was a spot to be avoided. Towards the end, it seemed as if the cashier cared about your order, but with her and one cook you were still going to wait.

5 out of 10 times the order is wrong..fries are cold & dry...I ordered cheese sticks.. broke one open...it was brown...discusting... I was lucky again tonight.. the whole order was wrong.. I've ignored it in the past, but this is it..the $$ and the drive. Are no longer worth it ...

Always have at least a 5 min wait at drive trough before you can order then another 10 min before you get to window. Food is rarely hot and never have ketchup diet drinks. Don’t know how their still open.

This location is closed. This is the second Burger King in Rincon that has closed for no apparent reason. All the other fast food restaurants around it are open and doing well. I will never eat at Burger King again.

The mornings I do get to go get breakfast I go about 8am and the biscuits are either always hard or they don’t have any. And if I go for lunch or dinner the food is either never right or it’s cold. They need to either shut this restaurant down or get better management.

Be careful what you say when placing your order! I said I wanted 2 crosandwiches but didn't say I wanted the 2 for $5 deal. They charged me full price. When I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that I didn't ask for the deal, I was charged full price If it wasn't 10:25 I would have left and went to Wendy's across the street.

Restaurant website shows they're open until 11pm. Pulled to drive-thru at 6:00, waited 4-5 minutes, someone finally came over speaker and said "we close at 6:00". Very disappointing, especially since I had just had a worse experience at MacD's.

They overcharged me and out of desperation and a time crunch I still payed for it, later that night I'm hunched over in the bathroom because I got food poisoning, this place has done nothing but spiral downwards

After having to pull up and wait to receive my order and the wrong order was brought out that caused me to wait even longer, I feel something in the bag should have been hot. Nothing was fresh. So why was my wait so long? I don’t mind waiting IF I’m going to get fresh food.

There has been a steady decline in performance from these guys as a whole. I've attempted to get my whopper fix for quite some time and every location I've visited, including this one has had only one worker who is anuable to keep up ur provide fresh food. As a chain these guys are failing throughout the entire country.

Husband went in to order 3:15pm. After waiting several min. the cook asked lady @ counter to take this order & loudly she said "he can wait! He can wait!" Won't be going back here.EVER!???

Fast and friendly face they are really going over and beyond seeing more and new faces each time i come in definitely stating to see a change and there seem like there really getting it together it has improved in the past couple of weeks the managers are always happy and very eager to help if i could give more stars i would keep up the good work

Yeah horrible experience tonight. First off, they did not have onion rings. Secondly, the ice cream machine is broken and won't be up and running for another three months. We the people want the Oreo milkshake!!! Third, something in my spirit told me to try one of the French fries before I drove off, so I did. The fry was cold, so I politely told the crew member that the fries were cold as I'm still chewing the cold fry. He goes to check the warmer maybe, then he comes back and says "No they're not but I'll make some more" then snatches the bag from me.. Literally had me in the drive thru praying because he was acting like I did something wrong..I definitely will not be back to spend money.
