I found some little critters in my Doritos and told the waitresses, but she didn't care because she didn't tell the manager. He never came to apologize or ask if everything was okay, if anything had happened. They didn't care at all. They charged us for everything as if nothing had happened.

Confused of how a very empty restaurant could sit people down and be seen multiple times by employees but not served for almost 20 minutes. But again sat by an employee. Empty restaurant dirty tables. Eventually just leaving. Very disappointed because never had a problem like that before

We’ve been here before with no issues. 1/24 and service was nonexistent literally. Stood to be seated and a girl that was walking out didn’t greet us but sat us down and walked out the front door. No one ever came to take our order, but the bartender was talking to someone at the bar and made eye contact with us. After 15 minutes we walked out. It was not busy, we were the only ones in the restaurant besides a man at the bar. Dirty tables.

Always see this place and figured I’d finally try it out. There was no wait but it was empty. Two other vehicles in the parking lot. Food was mediocre. The waiter was decent. The queso and salsa were okay. Was kind of a let down. Had an old restaurant feel but was very meh experience. Probably won’t be back again.

So sad to post this, but the second visit in a row that was junk. A total of 1 hour in the restaurant, argued our order, never refilled our drinks, chips were stale. We had to walk up to the counter to leave for them to walk back to our table to get help. 3 out of 4 of us got sick and we still tried to not post anything but things aren't changing so maybe this will help. They didn't want to listen in the restaurant which is the only reason this is a Google review now.
