This Mexican restaurant used to be so good. The food was great and the service was amazing so I have been trying to give these people some business since they are clearly hurting (I thought bc of the New Mexican restaurant opening up) but in reality it’s bc their food and service has gotten terrible. Every time we have gone it’s just worse and worse and tonight it was the last time. Drinks never got filled. I am fully aware that this is a Mexican restaurant but the fact that me and the waitress can’t communicate about simple food orders or her answer any questions is absolutely ridiculous. Idk how you can mess up an order when I pointed to the name on the menu (taco salad with shrimp steak and chicken) it gets brought out as a regular taco salad, that’s fine I send it back, 20 minutes later the corrected order comes, then you try to charge for both orders… the whole time it’s like I’m inconveniencing them by coming in and ordering so from now on it’s a no for me.

I got the burro loco. it had yellowish sauce inside, mushrooms, and the tortilla was store bought and not even toasted or warmed up. a raw tortilla. the food was just very mid. the service was kind though!

Ordered food told them what to put on it and before I left I seen what was added that was told not to have on my food due to allergy and they still put it so I said something bout it and all they did was scrape off had a alergic reaction due to not make a fresh order and the staff was so rude.

So I ordered a ribeye and it was the most unseasoned and toughest steaks ever cooked for me. Grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers were fine. My mom got a salad and it was fine. Overpriced drinks and small food portions for what you are paying for.
First time here, I'm visiting family for the holidays. I usually don't go to Mexican restaurants because I cook Mexican food at home but I couldn't find any Mexican store around here that sells the meats I needed so I gave this place a chance and it was worth it. We had chorizo queso dip, texas nachos, burrito loco, steak quesadillas and churros ?. The prices are good. We will return when we're back in town ?

This place has the worse customer service and bad attitudes towards the customers. They kept messing up our orders and trying to over charge us for things we didn't purchase. I asked for no shrimp because I'm allergic and they were still added. I also feel all he did was take the shrimp out then brought the plate right back to me. Will not be eating here again.
