My favorite place to eat the food is always delicious Patsie and her team are always friendly they make us feel like family the entire restaurant is always clean my favorite is the stuffed hash brown and it’s always cooked to perfection

Love coming to this huddle house we are treated like family the food is always hot and delicious the service is outstanding our coffee was hot the whole restaurant was very clean the bathrooms were refreshing this is our home away from home we love the food and service very top notch if I could give higher than a 5 star I would.

Was a VERY busy place, and they seemed understaffed. As it was, service was good if you don't mind it being a bit on the slow side and the waitress forgetting parts of your order. We had to ask for things several times but again they seemed understaffed. Waffles were seriously over cooked to the point of looking and tasting like plastic.

it was actually um terrible . the people wear no hair nets or hats also have no gloves on when cooking and operating . i witnessed an older lady pick a whole hash brown up off the grill with her bare hands while dining in . they also won’t let u dine in without tipping .

Just picked up a to-go order from huddle house in Springfield. Macaroni looks like someone took a scoop out of it.
Went in to eat on 11/5 @730pm. Tables full of dirty dishes, placed order, got food, and then everybody dissappear's.... No refills on tea or coffee, had to literally hunt somebody down to pay the bill, which was wrong, because I had coupons. The guy that cooked was so sweet and trued to help. If this is how yall run this place, you should be out of business like Burger King next door.

🤮This is the worse Huddle House I have ever visit. The waitress and the FOOD were TERRIBLE. My food looked like someone vomit on it plus it was not the correct order. The waitress looked as she was hung over with a frustrated/unhappy attitude. Matter fact everyone including the cook looked very unhappy up in there including the customers. I should have turned around when I walked into that environment. That was my first and last visit to this location. We just made a 24.00 donation because the food went in the trash after taken the pictures to send to the corporate office. I wouldn't feed this trash to my dog or the stray cats in the neighborhood. I will be adding the pictures and receipt in case they're needed.🤢🤮😡🤬
