Was a VERY busy place, and they seemed understaffed. As it was, service was good if you don't mind it being a bit on the slow side and the waitress forgetting parts of your order. We had to ask for things several times but again they seemed understaffed. Waffles were seriously over cooked to the point of looking and tasting like plastic.

it was actually um terrible . the people wear no hair nets or hats also have no gloves on when cooking and operating . i witnessed an older lady pick a whole hash brown up off the grill with her bare hands while dining in . they also wonāt let u dine in without tipping .

Just picked up a to-go order from huddle house in Springfield. Macaroni looks like someone took a scoop out of it.
Went in to eat on 11/5 @730pm. Tables full of dirty dishes, placed order, got food, and then everybody dissappear's.... No refills on tea or coffee, had to literally hunt somebody down to pay the bill, which was wrong, because I had coupons. The guy that cooked was so sweet and trued to help. If this is how yall run this place, you should be out of business like Burger King next door.

š¤®This is the worse Huddle House I have ever visit. The waitress and the FOOD were TERRIBLE. My food looked like someone vomit on it plus it was not the correct order. The waitress looked as she was hung over with a frustrated/unhappy attitude. Matter fact everyone including the cook looked very unhappy up in there including the customers. I should have turned around when I walked into that environment. That was my first and last visit to this location. We just made a 24.00 donation because the food went in the trash after taken the pictures to send to the corporate office. I wouldn't feed this trash to my dog or the stray cats in the neighborhood. I will be adding the pictures and receipt in case they're needed.š¤¢š¤®š”š¤¬

I was in huddle house today around 6:30 I came from out of town to visit family and have been craving huddle house since we don't have any up north and I have to say I very pleased with my service Beth and Alex were the servers and they were absolutely amazing to me and my 1 year old boy! They made sure to keep me smiling and making sure I was taken care of & the cooks Jeremy and Sosa did a fantastic job on the food and we're super friendly as well! I will most definitely be back when I'm back in town! Thanks for making my experience great!

I rarely miss a single day stopping by the Springfield store , the employees there are all Awesome and always see me pull up and have my coffee waiting on me when I walk in . Very nice employees, always make you feel welcome and make sure you are happy with your order. Food is always good . Only place Iāll go for coffee and breakfast!

Huddle House in Springfield has definitely lost my business! I was gonna go grab a waffle taking a break from packing. They had a crowd but I didnāt mind waiting since Iām taking a break. I sat at a table someone was leaving from and gathered the dirty dishes at the end of the table. 2 different servers walked by 5 times and no greeting, getting dishes, telling me they would be with me shortly, nothing. I was still ok with waiting little bit until the next thing that happened. A friend of mine came in and spoke to me. He had said they were going somewhere not as crowded and I told him I understood because I had been sitting there waiting a few minutes. One of the older workers there shouted at me from across behind the counter and said I needed to wait a da@@ minute because they were busy and short staffed (I saw at least 6 employees in thereā¦most Iāve ever seen) and they would get to me when they got to me. I promptly grabbed my wallet and keys, stood up, and said āI was talking to my friend, not you. I didnāt say anything bad about the wait. However, if thatās your attitude donāt think Iām spending my money to get cussed at or have someone with a snotty attitudeā! Another gentleman who was standing waiting for a table said āthat was definitely unnecessary and extremely rudeā and he left right behind me. I donāt know who the manager or owner is there but thatās not how you run a business!
