I have a lot to say about Paddles Coffee; good and bad. I’m leaving a one star review due to consistent disappointment. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: This morning, I placed an online order for a breakfast sandwich for 6:15am. I arrived at 6:20am to find the lights turned off and no one there. Paddles was closed. This has now happened to me TWICE! I did not receive a refund for the food and drink for the first incident and I’m sure this time I won’t either. I checked their Facebook and website to make sure their hours didn’t change. I did not see any posts about them being closed today (July 24th, 2024). I am very aggravated and disappointed. I always do online orders. They’re never complicated and I don’t order a lot. Sometimes it’s a coffee and a sandwich. Sometimes it’s one or the other. I chose the pickup times: 6:15am or 6:20am. I have recently picked 6:15am due to my order not being ready on time. I have waited between 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. I even started showing up a few minutes after 6:15am hoping it would be done. However, 5-6 mornings of my online order not being ready is a bit too many. I was trying to be understanding about it but I order before work. I can’t keep rushing over a coffee order.
I do enjoy the food and the people who work there. They’re friendly and kind. It’s the only coffee shop on my way to work. It’s convenient for me to stop there; however here lately, it’s not. I’m extremely frustrated with Paddles Coffee.
I came in today for the first time to have lunch and coffee with a friend. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly. I loved my iced coffee too!!! I will definitely be back!

This is my Saturday morning stop, and has been since the first Saturday I went. I love this cozy little slice of heaven. Everyone there are friendly and inviting, and let me just say everything they serve is fantastic and so so fresh.
