I ordered a #45 and I got a #45 with bbq sauce. When I asked the employee about it she said “ that’s how the card says to make it”. Then they changed me $2 extra. So I guess a little bbq sauce coast that much more. When I said something all the workers looked around like they didn’t know what to do. Did offer to fix it or nothing. If you want bad service and not get what you ordered then this is the place for you.

Clean atmosphere! Only one worker but she moved swiftly. When bogged down there needs to be more than one worker, another employee came in but didn't prepare food just communicated with delivery drivers. Food was prepared poorly the pepperoni dipper had one slice of meat and cheese leading to it be dry even the dipping sauce didn't help.

Went in and spoke to the employee, after no eye contact I spoke again he looked at me like he was bothered so I said I just spoke he stated he’s not obligated to speak to me if he doesn’t want too.

The store was not that busy and Associate named Addy was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there or hated or job.. did not ask me what I wanted on my nachos when it was given to her by another associate, she just looked at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. She did not answer me at all then that’s why she just threw all my ingredients on it not very happy at all.

I think I got food poisoning. Less than 1 hour from eating here. I was so sick. I went to urgent care but, wasn't much they could do. Besides getting sick, I also saw some things at your restaurant that worried me about how they handle food. I saw unsanitary conditions a worker not washing their hands or changing gloves after touching oven door, sandwich toppings left out without being re-covered. This made me think the food might not be safe to eat.

Jessica was super pleasant and patient during our ordering! I truly appreciated her genuine smile and positive attitude during our visit. Not only did she have a wonderful demeanor, she carefully crafted the sub together. If only more employees could follow her lead in the customer service aspect!
