Jessica was super pleasant and patient during our ordering! I truly appreciated her genuine smile and positive attitude during our visit. Not only did she have a wonderful demeanor, she carefully crafted the sub together. If only more employees could follow her lead in the customer service aspect!

I’ve been twice in the last month and every time I have come in the employees seem like they do not know what they are doing. I never see a manager present, and the staff is always struggling. I understand everyone is short staff nowadays, however, when you have teenagers running the store there needs to be a manager present helping their employees. The employees never seem happy when you walk in, they talk very quietly, and overall their attitudes can sometimes stink. The lettuce is always VERY brown, and if I’m paying $20 for half a sandwich I expect food items to be a little more fresh and enough meat on my sandwich, not just 2-3 slices of meat on the bread. I hope to see some improvements in the near future.

Too many times they don't have chocolate chip cookies.It's pretty sad when you drive there to just to get a cookie and staff are just sitting there and don't have chocolate chip cookies.It's not like they have to use flour and eggsthey just have to pull it from a freezer put it in a oven and not burn it.

First time customer. Placed an order through the app. Order was done in a timely manner but I requested “more” for all of my toppings and barely got any. Also, the cheese was missing from my order and the bread seemed smaller than usual. Likely will not return. I do not recommend placing order through app. (I’m not sure about ordering in person since I never have) Tried calling to speak with someone but that was a waste of time since no one picked up.

I ordered subway for my family today. The food was not the issue . I just find it very odd that my card would not go through unless I added a tip on. They are not waitresses they do not make $2.75 an hour if you choose to tip, that’s fine, but we should not be forced to when they are not making a waitresses hourly income.

I order 2 foot long subs at a very busy time on a Sunday, both of my sandwich were made incorrectly. I went into the store on Monday to speak with a manager about the issue. I spoke with Diane who apologized for the mistake and explained to me that there were only 2 people working and one was new. She corrected the mistake and was a pleasure to deal with! She and the staff working were wonderful!
