Last time eating at this particular Wendy's. I could handle the cold food and the somewhat rude employees. But hair in my food is where I draw the line. Received my food and almost done with my burger when I pull out a long strand of brown hair. For reference, I have dark curly hair. This Wendy's always has something wrong with it, missing food, condiments, wrong items, and it's ALWAYS cold. I understand that it may be majority teenagers working here, but that's no excuses for poor service and quality. I didn't force them to get the job so I shouldn't have to deal with their issues because they're unhappy. You may not be able to see the hair clearly in the photo I took, but my point still stands.

I just went through the drive-through and am unable to return. I called (2:43 PM) and got an automated response.
I asked, numerous times for extra pickles ONLY. I received what looks to be extra mayonnaise and tomato with the pickles. The mayonnaise has encased the pickles and soaked into the chicken breading.

I always order the plain chicken biscuit fir breakfast. Well they gave me 2 chicken and bacon on a flippen burnt bun. NOT A BISCUIT.

Lord forbid we have a fast food restaurant that serves food fast. Try to stop and grab a quick dinner for the family but here it is 30 minutes later and I'm still in drive thru line waiting for my food. Mind you it was a mobile order! I've watched this place slowly deteriorate over time from when it was first built

I ordered thru drive thru yesterday around 4pm (Nov 17th 2024) the staff looks brand new . I specifically asked for no bread on my sandwich due to celiac disease they did that fine , but when I picked up food at window they put my order in with everything else in the bag that had items that have wheat in it and they always bagged seperately to prevent cross contamination. It took 20 minutes to remake my sandwich and that did not include my fries that were contaminated with the other order in the other bag . Last crew was great on allergy handling , this crew is not knowledgeable on allergy safe handling and needs further training

No sugar for tea or the milks for the frostiest or cold brew when there’s a store beside you and more than one Wendy’s near here to swap over products.burgers left in hold too long then still served. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Honestly, if I could give this fast food restaurant 0 stars, I probably would. The last time I was here, we were in the drive through and I watched one of the employees put her finger in her mouth several times, then stick her finger in the French fry box and stick it in my bag. When I called her out on it, she looked at me as if she was completely lost. I told the manager that I did not want the food I was completely disgusted. I have not been back since.

Didn't take long at all sandwich was put together well and neat look like it came off the menu and was very delicious the best I've had a sandwich

After today I have Honestly given up on this place. The order was wrong , The food was gross.. I hope to Never Come here again.

I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. I live 20 minutes from the store. Got home and the peppers had not been added to my sandwich. I tried calling the store to speak with someone about the issue but nobody would answer the phone. I didn’t want to driver another 20 minutes back. I’m very disappointed. Didn’t enjoy the food because it’s not what I ordered.
